Amazing night, great hosts and staff, food was epic

An absolutely brilliant hospitality experience provided by Pitchside. We booked our Royal Ascot tickets very late in the day but I was provided with a contact (Natalie) who was on hand to iron out any issues we may have had and she did a fantastic job in making it a seamless on-the-day experience. The rest of the team were also brilliant and incredibly prompt and responsive. It can be a bit of a minefield when it comes to hospitality providers but Pitchside are at the top of the game. I have dealt with them previously in regards to Darts and again, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Would absolutely and thoroughly recommend them, we had a cracking time at Ascot and were privy to one of the most hospitable sporting environments we have ever been a part of.

Fantastic experience with Pitchside. Everything was taken care of prior and on the day and we couldn’t of been happier.
The box and facility provided at The Oval cricket ground is absolutely fantastic and couldn’t recommend more.

Everybody was very welcoming, and a good experience started from there.
I would look at spending a little bit more on all your wines, as people who are spending the money you require, will I believe expect more.

Bought two get-a-way breaks and one lot of premier league football hospitality from them on 29th Dec 2024. We were assured we would receive an email in 1-2 days regarding details with tickets to follow. We have tried contacting them twice. No response. It is now 4 weeks later and we are considering alternative action.

30 Jan Updated: Response received below from Pitchside. Details provided via email 30th Jan 2025. They have my email, phone number and home address with the details of the three silent auctions that were "won". Response awaited.

30 Jan Updated: So, the plot thickens. My hospitality purchase was "sold" to Echelon Group International so Pitchside want nothing to do with it. I am now on a hunt to try and find where the money is. Do not buy any tickets from Pitchside or Echelon Group, whoever they are.

Thoroughly enjoyed our pitch side hospitality experience. Food was lovely, and drink’s plentiful.
Big fan of the darts and the hospitality experience made our visit to the Ally Pally even more special.
Only downside is that fancy dress is not allowed :(

Our trip to the Darts World Cup was an absolute highlight. Wished to be there since ages the night was fulfilling all our expectations. We started thinking to come back again directly when the night was over. Absolute recommendtion!

Great Organisation, quick and friendly answers and help

We attended the PDC World Darts Championship final at Alexandra Palace in London. The VIP hospitality area was managed by the Pitchside team very well. Special thanks for giving us the opportunity to get as close as possible to the players.
