Can’t thank these guys enough, went above and beyond to help me out and fix a problem I had. Jo was extremely helpful with the issue I had and got everything resolved really quickly.

I bought the WPB212 and when it arrived it came with no paper work at all and parts missing from the parts box, I reported this strait away and got told I would be sent a digital copy, 3 month later I have not received it and I'm getting ignored, they have blocked my number and blocked me on Facebook, 6 weeks of owning this bike it is now a none runner, it's been to my local pitbike dealer who said their is a serious failure on this bike, pitbike direct refuse to help me and ignore me, and welsh pitbike are the same.

I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL YOU FAULTY STUFF AND WONT HELP YOU AT ALL WHAT SO EVER !

I now have a ongoing case with trading standards about this company!

They sell cheap bikes that break after little use hence why you only get one months warranty.

Refused to give a refund on a bike that arrived faulty, this fault also caused an accident whilst the bike was being ridden. Will only fix the fault if the deem it a manufacturing fault.

Customer services are shocking and blamed me for my son getting injured whilst riding the bike. Spoke to management and they defended the staff member by saying “this is just his unique personality”

They also have a hidden clause that requires you to take the bike to a professional bike mechanic and pay them to build the bike up after delivery even though it’s a case of simply putting on a front wheel and putting on the handle bars. Does not require a mechanic to do this yet they void the warranty if you don’t have proof a mechanic did it.

Ironically they wanted me to strip the engine if I wanted it fixing which they were happy for me to do but they won’t allow me to fit a front wheel and handle bars without my warranty being void.

After ordering a wpb 190 I read the reviews about pit bike direct and was slightly worried what to expect
But I have had nothing but good since getting my bike. The bike came with a small crack in the mudguard. After emailing the company they replied fast and have sent out a whole set of plastics

Where to start , since day I got nothing but problems , cheap Chinese garbage that will play up once warranty over, bike won’t even run after I lost and replaced the tappet screw , from that to coming with rounded bolts and just being terrible , avoid thumpstar at all costs , all stats going wrong when warranty ends, peice of poo won’t be ordering from here again

I ordered the stomp fxj 110,admittedly as didnt realise there was a manual fxj I ordered the wrong one. Contacted customer service to explain. They replied immediately basically saying it was my fault as I ordered the manual. Nowhere on my order for does it actually say its manual and they are now no longer replying to me so I can return it. Was looking to reorder the semi auto but I will have to find another supplier. Luckily it was paid through PayPal so I can raise a case.

Can’t view any bikes before purchase so idk if it’s useable or not

Ordered a crank for my sons bike. I had a technical problem with my order. But the customer service person Sam sorted it quickly and professionally.

Currently waiting on my order, only ordered yesterday, however so far it has been a good process and customer service are excellent

Terrible customer service. Funbikes.com is the better alternative.

Bad service - dealing with Stomp distribution after sales manager. I order my bike 3 months ago from WPB but it had various damage when they delivered it. Some quite bad, could not ride it without replacing damaged parts. When I reported this to WPB they transferred me to Stomp distribution after sales manager. First he offered me a bottle of engine oil and an air filter for the caused damaged. But I really needed replacement parts so I could replace what was damaged. After sending him dozen of emails I have received some of the damaged parts but some I'm still waiting for. Sent them another email yesterday still no response.

I brought a wpb 190 beast v3 from these.
Opened box up to find damaged and missing little bits.
Sent pictures of in email and to be surprised with next day response. They said they will send them out same day with extras. Very happy with there service. Tbh it was probably damaged in transit but they was more than happy to satisfy me. It goes along way when we are satisfied. Thanks pitbike direct

I would just like to say a massive thank you, having being let down by another company who basically took my money with no intention of delivering a mini dirt bike, I had to take a leap of faith and after looking at this firms website and looking at some of the reviews I was 50/50 but as days were passing and getting closer to Christmas I decided to order one from here as on the website they promised delivery before Christmas infact on the 21st of December, but not only has this fantastic company kept their promise I even got delivery three days earlier on the 18th, which I can not praise dirt bike direct enough and the panic over as I will have one happy little boy, I would like to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year....please stay safe

To add to my other review, I have now been told my bike will be delivered on Christmas Day, a month after delivery was placed. So much for “fast delivery”.

Had the bike a week the 190cc starter chain straight through the case. New engine later. Something isn't right. Wanting to start with ignition turned of. Wire missing to earth it out.
Essentially wires wrong or faulty.

Sent bash plate back with the engine( starter motor chain cracked one) new didn't come with one had to wait for it and wasn't the right one.

🤦🏼‍♂️👏. I don't think they check or compare anything with others bikes before sending it out.

Kerry is amazing. But these errors need fixing. Improvement.

Had an issue with a different company so called up pitbikesdirect in hope of possibly getting the same bike but from them instead. Ceri (apologies if I spelt the name wrong) answered the phone and like an absolute professional just listened to me as I ranted about the problems I had. Apparently they were out of stock also but was told to leave it with her so she could speak to Danny her boss.
Got a call back from Danny the same day only a few hours later saying that he had sourced one and that it could be with me by Wednesday (Friday now)!
Couldn't be happier. Amazing customer service from Ceri and cheers Danny for finding the bike.

Ordered 2 WPB 190 Beasts on Tuesday considering they were out of stock, Danny managed to locate 2 of these bikes and they were purchased instantly. Amongst the following days, I liaised with Danny regarding the speedy delivery they had to offer and also the helpful advise in which he spent over half an hour on the phone explaining everything about the bike and the best way to set it up. Within a matter of a few days the 2 bikes were scheduled for delivery.

I couldn’t praise Danny and “Pit-bike direct” enough.

Bought a Thumpster 170 arrived upside down upon delivery so oil and other liquids leaked all over the bike, manifold pipe had a crack the whole way through, sent them an email with pictures, took 3 days to come back to me, no apologies just an email saying "The part is on it way" the part has still not arrived. just give up
