I bought an Induction Kit advertised Online and paid for it. I received an email from Customer service saying the Kit was not available and discontinued and I was to be given a full refund.
So I waited, and then no refund. I sent them emails which bounced back,and emailed on their contact page, but nothing.
I've contacted my Bank to pursue my refund, and I will never buy from this Company again.

purchased an air filter in late December from the piper cross website. I did not receiver any correspondence from them at all about the purchase, sent several emails that were never answered.

I then received the wrong air filter about two weeks later . Emailed them about his and have only ever heard from them one time.

I am now out of pocket and left with an air filter I cannot use.

Bought an air filter for my van using their number plate search the item sent does not fit company not responding to emails regarding returns nor regarding phone calls all I want is the return address worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with

I bought a Pipercross air filter for my BMW XM. I don't know if there has been any increase in performance but the turbo whoosh and the exhaust sound has been transformed. Website search works well, easy to find the right filter and it fitted perfectly in the standard filter box. 100% recommended.
