They have really cute bookish and seasonal tee shirts, both short and long sleeves. I have eight long sleeves and four short sleeves. I wear these shirts all the time. They have sort of become part of my casual uniform. I have received many compliments because they are so dang cute and cozy. I wash them inside out on delicate and low tumble dry. They all still look brand new, despite being laundered more than 25 times in some instances. I have never had to contact customer service because all orders have been received in the 10-day window promised and the quality is very good. My only wish is that all of the designs available in short sleeves were available in long sleeves as well.

Purchased on 7/28. Confirmation email came immediately. The email stated the following:

"Our current shipping timeline is 5-10 business days.

note: piper+ivy tees now have a sticky tag inside the collar. Please remove the tag before washing!"

I received shipping confirmation email on 8/4. Item arrived on 8/9.

Shirts run large but that's ok.

Order arrived not in the time frame given. Shirts come with a sticky tag that didn’t peel off all the way. Customer service was difficult to reach. Shirts are very thin
And run very very very big!! I would have rather had my order canceled or refunded!!

I ordered from this company on December 10, 2024. On December 12th I realized my order would not be here for Christmas. I contacted the company asking if I could change one of the shirts as it was a christmas-themed shirt for a Christmas present. I was told that my order was already in process and that was not possible. At that time on their site my order still read unprocessed.

On December 27th I again contacted the company, asking that since my order had not yet shipped could I change that one shirt. I received reply on December 31st saying that she and her mom were going to the warehouse to pack orders. Because my order was in the fulfillment process the shirt could not be changed. At this point I was also told that their order of shirts had finally arrived.

On January 2nd I received a notification that some of my order had shipped. I did receive the three shirts that I ordered. On January 18th I received the stickers that I had ordered.

At this point I wrote a review on the company's website. Today I went to look for that review. It is not on the site. The only reviews that are on the site are five-star reviews. The company brags about the number of reviews that it has. I noticed several that had similar wording. Also, the same person wrote a review on each of their items. This bumps their numbers.

My shirts are great. However, I I think this company lacks transparency and honesty.

Great t shirts with good logos. Soft and comfy.
