Aaron and Lucy were both phenomenal and couldn't have done enough to help market and sell my apartment. I was kept up to date with online viewing figures and the property's viewings and viewers, with the option to be there during the viewings or to let them do their thing. They helped get the best possible price and were available until the sale was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for property sales.

I do not recommend the experience with this agency to anyone who would feel the way I feel right now, people go to more experienced agencies where they will treat you with respect, commitment, welcome you with a smile and open armsI feel very bad about this agency .This is the first time I deal with them and end with a bad conclution.i won't recommend this agency for buying home in northern ireland. I had a bad experience with then when I agreed to buy a house..but they are not cooperative at all and they the other person to get that house with out communicating to me.i won't recommend this agency to anybody nor am I happy with buying this house which should make me happy but because of this agency this house which I am supposed to buy has disgusted me so much that when I think that I am supposed to live there I am discouraged from buying this house from the very beginning I did not trust them by e-mail and I regret that my partner convinced me to trust them,think 3 times before you choose this agency because the employee will be nice to you only for the first 5 minutes

I would like to share some comments about working with this agency.

I do not recommend and strongly advise against it. This place definitely needs a new fresh breeze, ideas and a plan for its activities in terms of sales and probably renting apartments and houses.

Lack of communication, level of customer service, zero knowledge about the investment being sold and care for the buyer leaves much to be desired.

It is worth considering investing more in training, getting to know investors and educating them about the properties sold in your office.

The worst experience I have ever had, and I hope you can fix your mistakes and be successful in the future.

We live overseas but thanks to Pinpoint, we had a relatively easy and stress-free experience selling our property in Belfast.

Nick worked really fast. He managed to evaluate the apartment and arrange multiple viewings within the space of a couple of weeks.

The process was fast and efficient. After the sale was agreed, Peter proceeded to update me regularly via WhatsApp. This was a godsend as I do not check my emails regularly.

They both worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Excellent service all around.

I recently acted on behalf of a relation to sell her property. Not living in Ireland meant that good communication was key to the successful completion of the sale. Alan Martin was extremely helpful and professional during the process. He provided guidance on various matters when I could not be present - a service which was invaluable. When Alan was on annual leave Barbara was on hand and again I was provided with prompt and informative responses to my questions.

Barbara and the rest of the Pinpoint team are highly professional and effective. They have provided us with an excellent top quality level of block management, and which we are extremely happy with. Would highly recommend their block management services.

Barbara has consistently displayed high levels of professionalism, excellent communication skills and is always proactive.

Recently Barbara displayed all these skills in resolving a difficult situation with our sewerage contractor. Once Barbara suspected the contractor was under performing she highlighted her concerns with both the residents and the contractor. The contractor initially defended their position but then under the weight of evidence presented by Barbara they eventually agreed to refund the full year contract. In tandem with this dispute process Barbara identified a suitable alternative contractor who has since been doing an excellent job.

I would recommend Barbara for a residential block management assignment without hesitation.

Horrible experience attempting to buy a property. The very tricky young fella Alan in cavehill branch appears to be the only sales negotiator to deal with. In our experience he was very underhand and devious. Unbelievable the amount of reviews with the same experience and he still has his job! Gives decent sales negotiators a bad reputation. Steer clear of this company!

The installment team for a new intercom system were friendly, efficient and helpful. They retained the position of the original handset, even though it was obviously much more hassle for them. Barbara is always helpful and professional in all interactions, whether email, telephone or fave to face.

We had several estate agents assess our property, but Alan truly stood out with his extensive knowledge of the area and his trustworthy approach. Throughout the process, he was always easy to reach and proved to be a calming presence when things took a challenging turn. Alan’s professionalism and dedication made a stressful process much more manageable. He is truly a credit to the Pinpoint team in Cave Hill. Highly recommended!

I leased my property through Pinpoint for the past 15 years and throughout this time Pinpoint provided a 1st class professional service.

When I then decided to sell the property, I met with Alan who provided me with excellent advice and all relevant information to get the house on the market, within 4 weeks the property was confirmed as sale agreed.

The whole process was seamless, Alan provided me with updates on the sale and was always available to take my call and answer any questions i had.

I could not recommend Pinpoint highly enough for either property leasing, leasing management or property sales.
