Exceptional
Exceptional. Yasir helped flawlessly. From initial contact to following-up after the Schengen Visa had been issued. Incredibly informative. Very helpful. Perfect communication. Thank you.
I couldn’t get an appointment in time for a trip to Budapest. The Pinoy team assured me that it was very doable, and that they would take care of it.
In all honesty, I was quite sceptical at first. With it being my only option, I put my trust in Yasir and, as promised, everything worked out perfectly.
Instead of being a last resort, Pinoy Tourism UK and Yasir will be my first point of contact in future. I have already passed the company’s information on to a few friends that needed last-minute Visa assistance and will continue to do so as a solid option.
Thanks again. Appreciate everything.

My family is an avid customer of AeroTravels now! Reliable travel agency, flexible payment options and friendly agents. Special thanks to Ms. Haidie who’s been very accommodating and promptly answered all our queries. She has supported our travel up to the last minute and made sure we were ok on our flights. It was our second time booking a flight with AeroTravels and still looking forward to book all my family’s future travels with them.

Excellent customer service…
I am beyond impressed with the service provided by Pinoy Travels. I urgently needed to book a flight for my 76-year-old mother from the Philippines to the UK. Naturally, we were worried because she had never traveled alone before. However, the moment I spoke with Lufelle at Pinoy Travels, all my concerns were put at ease. She was incredibly polite, accommodating, and guided me through every step of the booking process. Lufelle even arranged airport assistance for my mother, which made the journey much smoother.
My mother arrived in the UK safely and was extremely happy with the entire experience. I can’t thank Pinoy Travels and Lufelle enough for their outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable travel agency for flights between the Philippines and the UK, I highly recommend Pinoy Travels. Be sure to ask for Lufelle—her service is top-notch, and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Pinoy Travels, and thank you, Lufelle. God bless you all!

This kind of agent deserves a raise, I hope the management will keep this kind of employee and give her the compensation that she or they truly deserve, not just the bare minimum.
