Contacted this company about a roof leak, chap called Andy visited 3 days later, put his head through the loft hatch and said someone would be out the following week. Despite numerous phone calls to Andy and promises made by him, nobody ever called or visited. After 12 weeks gave up on this useless company with no customer care. Contacted another company, job was assessed and completed in 7days. Pinnacle roofing a complete waste of space and time!

Great experience with Gary the owner of Pinnacle roofing. We lost a ridge tile in the storm in February the tile on its way down smashed a gapping hole in the lower extension roof smashing 4 roof tiles.
Made early contact with Pinnacle roofing as I thought roofers will be busy after the storm. Gary replied within an hour to my online request and visited next day. He raised a quote on the Sunday and completed the roof repair on the Monday ; fantastic response fantastic service couldn’t have expected more.
I would without doubt use this company if you are in need of swift roof repairs..

booked this company in to fix my roof very poor communication and excuses with scaffolders van breaking down gave Gary the benefit of doubt but then had scaffolders turn up out the blue wanting to start work when i had no communication from Gary, in the end decided to go elsewhere as cant work with a company that doesn't communicate well

The time keeping was second to none all on time and worked continuously till my Roof Fix completed they were very good and the best

I have been in the building industry over over fifty years, but now am unable to handle work that I previously would have done. Pinnacle Roofing Milton Keynes were recommended to me.
