Fantastic golf day, well organised, iPads giving live scores provided a good dynamic keeping everyone up todate with the competition

Fantastic day at Formby Hall Golf Resort on behalf of Pinnacle Media Partnerships. Brilliantly hosted by Ryan Watson who catered for the entire day.

Ryan and his helper were brill. Only joking Adam both lovely lads and I’ve had a great experience course was brill thanks very much

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I was sent an invoice to pay for the next term that I hadn’t signed up to and was still in contract with my current agreement. 4 months left on that but they said you have to cancel in writing 6 mot us before the end of the term. Haha what a joke. Absolutely desperately threatened with legal action. They totally under deliver, over 24 months I never received so much as one advert of my company nor a single business lead. Shambles for £3500. Oh and try to book one of their 24 x 4 balls a year. Got to jump through flaming hoops to get a tee time and won’t be at the courses they show you on the app most of these are no longer affiliated or they don’t have partnership with them. Pretty sure I’m not the only one. Threatening legal action while I’m still in contract….! come on guys how desperate are you ??

SCAMMERS! Stay clear!! Pinnacle Media, W1G, Delux Media and Whole in one Golf are the same group of bandits!! With same conmen directors running the show. Beware.
I have spoken to some of the other businesses who have also been ripped off by them and I suggest that we join forces and sue via a group litigation.

Any firm wants to reach out to me then please do! I will post up my details again but Trustpilot removed the last posts...

Avoid this company at all costs! Their contracts do not have a proper cancellation period or clause built into them. If you decide to sign up with them but change your mind and try to cancel the agreement they will threaten you by saying it's 'a legal document' that was signed and therefore it cannot be cancelled. Citizens Advice have confirmed a 14-day cooling off period is applicable to contracts for services. I have cancelled the finance agreement within the cancellation period but according to pinnacle media that doesn't apply to their agreement on the finance side of things. That doesn't make sense. They are now continuing to ring, email and harass me for money. Including trying to get me to pay an invoice that I haven't ever received or agreed to. If you were thinking of signing up to their media services, please think carefully before signing up with them. They are a bunch of bullies and cowboys that wouldn't know how to write a contract if they had a PHD in law.

The design process for our advertising campaigns were of a high standard, met our specifications and were unique and relevant to our target audience. Very happy with the quality, service and turnaround time of the work. Would highly recommend.

Keep sending scam emails after repeatedly requested to be removed from a mailing list that I NEVER signed up to.

I've recently signed up to a corporate advertising package. Great 1-1 conversations with my account manager and really impressed by the turnaround and quality of my adverts. The process of submitting my design brief was smooth, the initial proofs were excellent and the minor changes I requested were implemented swiftly. Looking forward to working with Pinnacle Media over the next 2 years!

Waste of time and money. I can’t believe the good reviews are real. They have done nothing for our company and have a very slippery and unreasonable contract. It’s daylight robbery.

Currently left very frustrated...

Our firm paid for advertisement at 3 different Golf Clubs in the surrounding areas. Hoping to spread wider recognition of our firm.

Well after paying another installment I contacted the main club to check on the advertisement with reference to "Hole 6" turns out there is no evidence of this and never has been. I spoke with several people to confirm who said this was true.

I feel completely and utterly ripped off and will be proceeding to get my companies money back as I have been mis-sold a product and lied to.

Please do not listen or fall for this scam, theyw ill take your money and sell you somethign which is completely misrepresented.

Regular spam emails, even after repeatedly requesting they stop. I also never signed up for emails from them in the first place.

Edit: Following Pinnacle's response to my review, I received an email from TrustPilot informing me Pinnacle tried to get my review taken down. I have provided extensive evidence to TrustPilot of Pinnacle's spamming, and my ignored unscubscribe requests.

Also, whilst Pinnacle say in their reply they can't link my review to their system, they only stopped sending me spam emails after I left this review (having ignored unscubscribe requests and using the unsubscribe link in their emails), suggesting they can link my review just fine.

I wish I had read reviews from others before agreeing anything with Pinnacle Media. Turned out they are essentially scammers who completely misrepresent what they actually offer, which becomes clear only after you sign their contract and begin the onboarding process. Once misunderstanding has been realised, instead of agreeing to stop, like any honest business would have done, they chase for money without providing any services just because you signed their agreement, completely disregarding the fact that they misrepresented and missold their services in the first place. So basically just blatant fraud.

It's easy to book and usually get a reply with confirmation within 48 hours.
Booked at Whitehill Golf club, very nice golf course with well kept greens. Also, the receptionist was friendly and wasn't bothered by our questions.
Really enjoyed the game and would definitely come back.

Firms like this should not exist. And they operate under a few names at the moment.

Spammers no unsubscribe in breach of PECR trying to sell golf advertising by scraping contact details from the search results, their next request will be to try and get this review removed, it is my right under GDPR to not expose my identity to a spam account.

I suggest anyone who reads this to report every spam email to the ICO like I am doing, if they get enough they will take action.
