These people told me I would not be charged extra for my 10 year loan for the three Man spa that I purchased for $6000 that infrared sauna cost me over $9000 because even though I paid it off nine years early, they still charge me full interest and then blamed it on Greentree and did nothing for me. They begged me to take down the bad review and yet did nothing for me. They never returned the money or made it right only begged me to not give them a bad review for their dirty business.

Fantastic - great communication throughout - collected our old hot tub for disposal. Thanks Nathan - great lads, very clean, polite and funny.

We can’t recommend MCR spas highly enough. They have just moved our wood fired hot tub from one garden to another, both with tricky access. They were quick and professional. Thoroughly recommend

Moving home can be stressful at the best of times but moving a hot tub too made it all feel worse. I honestly can’t thank Nathan and Lennie enough for not only fitting us in with little notice due to late communication from solicitors but also the lengths they went to to move our tub out of the garden over some spare land to the trailer. These guys are amazing and didn’t seem phased at all. If you need your hot tub moving these are definitely recommended. I will be using their services again in the future 🙂 thanks guys

Fantastic service. Friendly and very helpful with recommending what was best for me. Easy to contact, set up & pick up was great. Love how I was sent a video of instructions, as unfortunately I could not present when set up. Hot tub & gazebo with lights both looked lovely and in perfect condition.
I will definitely be recommending to others and I will use again myself.

Proffesional, punctual and perceptive. Absolutely went above and beyond to help us relocate a 6 person spa on short notice. They knew exactly what needed to be done and this you could tell was through experience.

Communication from my initial enquiry was spot on, Nathan was very knowledgeable and asked questions so the moving of our hot tub would go smoothly, great price and on the day they we're really experienced and calm even though i was worried that it was a tight gap, but my worries instantly vanished when Nathans organisation skills stepped in to negotiate the move his colleague Len was amazing too, very satisfied with the service we recieved from start to finish, if you need a hot tub removal firm, look no further! Really good to see a small company trying so hard and doing so well. Answered my web enquiry for a move price late in the evening, were very organised and everything was very clear. Turned up on time and carried out everything exactly as stated with really good humour - even though tub was really tight fit.
Communication and price were both excellent. Will def use again if I need anything doing.

Absolutely Fabulous, the delivery & continued service is second to none with Nathan, very polite & respectful of our property. They took on our installation where other companies would not entertain us, due to the awkwardness of where the hot tub had to fit through before the installation, they only had 1cm clearance & at one time we thought it wasn't going to happen but the tenacity of Nathan & his team ensured made it happen.
A important note to add is our electric has barely increased since having our Pinkblock hot tub in Aug 2023 due to the insulation features.
If you're undecided about a hot tub then the answer has to be a big yes, definitely when buying from Nathan at Pinkblock.

We hired the rigid hot tub (with gazebo as you never know with English weather) Thu to Mon and it was brilliant experience, bringing that holiday feeling into our back garden. Overall, great customer service throughout, provided clear instructions on water care/how to heat/maintain heating of the tub. Was set up and taken away with ease by Nathan, who was very professional and friendly, service with a smile and made the whole experience fun for me and my family. We would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend Pinkblock Hot Tub.
