This is the worst boutique to ever…

This is the worst boutique to ever buy from. Their customer service is ridiculous and you will be lucky if you get an email back. They screw up and charge their customers. Look at other boutiques and you will get much better service.

I purchased an outfit for my mother who…

I purchased an outfit for my mother who passed away unexpectedly before I could gift it to her. The cloths are unwrapped and new, I returned them and I can not get a refund / credit to my original form of payment.
I have only been offered a credit to the store. I have looked and do not want or need anything for myself from the options available.
Pineapple still has my 125$
I have requested and communicated with the company to discuss the situation without resolution

I would give no stars if possible

I would give no stars if possible. I asked for a refund in good faith, and returned the clothes. I have received no refund. It has been two months. Also, fabric quality is cheap.

Bought matching dresses for my wife and girls. The dresses were not the same color as advertised. The company refused to accept an exchange or refund.

Pineapple Clothing is A SCAM!!!!

I placed an order in October 2019 and received an order confirmation, but I have never received the order.
I sent a direct message on Instagram to Susan letting her know about my issue, and this was still her response, "Hello🍍🤗Please email us with your oder number at (support email address). Thank you.🤗💕". The support team still did not assist me. When I send emails, all they can say is, "Hope you get your package asap". It's now 2023, and I have still not received my package.

We don't have any orders from 2023 that have not been delivered, but the order from 2019 (4 years ago) to South Africa is not a chance.

Buyer beware! Terrible quality

My daughter was invited to be an ambassador so I ordered her an outfit. The day we received it she put it on and within an hour it began to show wear. Fuzz and pulls on the bottom and the fabric beginning to come apart. I emailed customer support right away and I was denied a refund because their return policy doesn't account for poor quality or workmanship even if it's within hours of receiving the item. The material used is terrible quality and their return policy is completely inflexible.

I agree with each 1-star review here. They also came to me with an offer to be their brand ambasador and have a discount coupon. My gut feeling told me not to, but... You know how it goes. So, I ordered three tops, each of them should've had glitters, and I got tops with PRINTED glitters. Moreover, I was waiting for almost a month for the package to arrive, and after I wanted to return it, they didn't want go give me an opportunity, because it was on sale. In the end they gave me for just one top, but after I've read here other experiences with returning the items, I gave up on that and decided to put it all to the garbage.
I think some very twisted minds are behind it. Wouldn't it be easier to make things properly, then including all that energy to false marketing and things they do?
And of course, you can not leave feedback on their page. It's all hardcoded. But at least now I know for Trustpilot. Lesson learned.

Never received my refund

I placed an order on 7/23/22 for two dresses. I only received one dress. I emailed the company and informed them that i only received two dresses and wanted to return to the item. They sent a authorization number and i sent the one dress that I received with a tracking number. The company stated i would received a refund. My item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 2:59 pm on August 12, 2022 in FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33326. I still have not received my refund. This company is the worst.

Wouldn’t trust them with a cent

I spent months waiting for my order and it never arrived. Every attempt I had at contacting the customer service team was greeted with excuses and a lack of care. After five months with no package I asked for a refund and was refused and they wouldn’t resend my items either. I don’t believe it’s right that I have spent money for a product I never received. I’ve had a horrible experience and would advise everyone to stay away.

Don't do their "Ambassador/Collab" Program!
I got sent messages asking if I wanted to collab and they said this whole spiel about how you get 50% with a code and you get discounts for your followers etc. This is just a way to make you feel special that they have "chosen you" and still get you to spend money (their products are not even worth the 50% cost - you can get the same things/same quality on Aliexpress for cheaper - I've looked). I have actually got a collaboration with a brand and if they really want to help you grow your Instagram/want you to promote your products, they will send you stuff at no charge! Please don't fall into their trap as so many other companies are doing these days! I also looked up and they have loads and loads of these "Social Media Managers" who are obviously just random people who's job it is to message small accounts to try and get them to join into this "collaboration" and for the unsuspecting instagrammer - they of course buy into it! Please unless you genuinely love what they are offering and believe the quality is worth the money, think about it before you spend your money - be careful on social media guys!

Awful customer service 👎🏻

I made an order back in august and got a mail the 28. august, that my order was on the way.
13 September could i see that the package had reached denmark and the time between that and the 6 october did nothing happen.
They say that the package had been denied by me, but i had never seen the shadow of the delivery. I contacted pineapple clothing where they said the same and told me to contact my local delivery service. I did so and they told me the package had been send back to usa. I then contacted pineapple clothing again and asked if they would please take it as a refund when the package arrives. THEY DID NOT ANSWER.
Is seems they are only interested in making money and not helping the customers when there are troubles….

As we advised you many times it was impossible for the Denmark postal service to deliver the package to you if you simply refused the delivery. We provided you a tracking number where DUTCH Postal Service marked the package "Delivery refused". social media scam!

Was approached through social media to be a brand ambassador and got scammed. Beware! If you need to return or exchange anything there is a $50 restocking fee plus you have to pay return shipping! The customer service is extremely rude and I'm not the only one who has experienced this. They have a horrible BBB rating, which I wish I had checked prior to agreeing to try their product.

As you can see below, the customer service team is rude and always fighting with customers instead of listening and taking the constructive criticism. I didn't receive my refund within the allotted 14 days after
the return was received and reached out to their CSR, I received a nasty email saying the return policy clearly states 15 days (it says 14) and as a service to me they will start the refund process. They will never admit they have made a mistake and treat their customers horribly. Look at the BBB site for many more complaints exactly like mine. The sad thing is, I would probably have given them a second chance if they weren't so rude in their communications.

There is no scam. The money was refunded back to your card. Please check with your financial institution.

UPD:

The customer is clearly trying to mislead and not telling the truth. It was a clear communication with the customer if she wanted to exchange (which is absolutely free of charge) or return. The customer has chosen a return and it was charged a restocking fee of $14. Misleading the public is what the customer is trying to do.

UPD#2: We are not fighting with customers, we are telling the truce, and once again the customer is trying to mislead the public.
