PINCH Travel  Recensioni

The customer service has been second to none. Amazing communication from start to finish despite some challenging requests we put to Kate a number of times.
We were left amazed with our experience of Japan and the incredible itinerary Kate and the team put together for us.
The ground team kept in contact most days espeically during an impending typhoon heading towards Tokyo. This put us at ease and made us feel supported during a challenging period of our holiday.
The arranged transfers were very slick; even providing us with the drivers name and the registration number of his vehicle.
The personal drivers/guides were amazing. We simply sat back in our private limo and got transported around Japan by extremely knowledgeable local guides. Masa was amazing, so friendly and personable. We got on so well he joined us for lunch and stayed way beyond the end of his shift.
We would highly recommend Pinch if you’re looking for a high end personal and prefessional holiday experience. Thank you Kate and Gemma.

We have had an excellent experience with PINCH travel. They have arranged a number of bespoke family holidays for us - they are incredibly knowledgable and go the extra mile to secure itineraries that meet our needs and ensure that the whole experience from booking to check out is seamless. They are very responsive to any queries and go above and beyond to create holiday memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

I've had the pleasure of booking a number of bespoke itineraries with Pinch Travel for my clients, including trips to Japan, Vietnam, and the West Coast of the USA, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

What really sets Pinch Travel apart is the time they take to truly listen and understand exactly what each client is looking for. There are no off-the-shelf itineraries, every trip is thoughtfully curated with the client at the forefront, ensuring every detail reflects their interests, preferences, and travel style.

Their knowledge of each destination is exceptional, and every accommodation is carefully hand-picked to perfectly match my clients' needs. It's clear that they have genuine expertise and strong relationships within the destinations they specialise in.

Beyond creating incredible itineraries, they're meticulous with every stage of the booking process. They carefully check all booking documents, ensure every detail is correct, and provide all the relevant information needed for a seamless travel experience.

Pinch Travel are true professionals who consistently deliver outstanding service. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have complete confidence in recommending them and look forward to booking many more client trips with them in the future.

I was planning a South Africa Safari and PINCH Travel were nothing less than the best. Although I was pretty sure what I wanted in terms of the trip, PINCH were able to add in some extra special touches that made the trip perfect. So even if you think you know exactly what you want I would highly recommend PINCH as their knowledge is second to none. I will be using them again!

I don’t often write reviews about a supplier that I have used, but this is an exception.
Clients of mine wanted to go to Vietnam for 15 days and I found the knowledge from PINCH TRAVEL excellent and the advise on where to go and what to see was not only appreciated by myself, but most importantly by my Clients who have requested that when I arrange their next trip to Japan that I use PINCH.
Thank you PINCH

We used PINCH to book our fly-drive trip across the USA.
We had an idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go, but it was Del’s knowledge and insight that created the itinerary.
He booked our flights, hotels and car hire as well as guiding us on how long we needed at each stop.
All 7 of the hotels were perfectly located and to our standard.
The personalised service, coupled with real insider knowledge and guidance made this a flawless and exceptional trip.
I can highly recommend PINCH!

I had incredible service from PINCH when planning my holiday around Borneo. It was a dream destination for me for so many years and I wanted to make sure it was perfect. I had researched a lot but when I spoke to them they offered so many extra ideas and tips that even my own extensive research hadn’t come up with. The way everything was presented to me was outstanding and looked super sleek. Then came the actual holiday which was even beyond my hopes and dreams. It was genuinely magical and I don’t think I would ever have gotten that experience booking any other way. Looking forward to planning my next adventure with them and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We booked our Thailand holiday with PINCH and couldn’t be happier.

From the start, PINCH made sure we were looked after by the right expert. Adam, who planned our trip, has lived in Thailand and knows it inside out — and it really shows. The hotels he chose were better than anything we found ourselves, and the tours are fantastic. His great ideas and inside knowledge have made a huge difference to the itinerary.

We had a tight schedule, and Adam cleverly rearranged locations to make everything fit perfectly. The whole process felt effortless and completely tailored to us.

Highly recommend PINCH if you want a beautifully planned trip with expert knowledge, all done unbelievably quickly. Everything was booked and confirmed in one day, with an email that felt like a glossy magazine — our dream holiday planned to a T. We will definitely use PINCH again.

Dealing with PINCH was a breeze they deal with every part of the trip and make it totally stress free. Amazing experience

My family and I had an incredible time in Thailand. Our itinerary was carefully put together, with a wish list from the whole family. My agent Del was incredible, and really listened to everything we wanted out of our family holiday. A truly unforgettable experience, zero stress! I am already working on our next adventure. Thank you so much.

I am a wellbeing and fitness coach and was looking to find a luxury venue to host a retreat in.
I approached Pinch travel to see if they could help, and very quickly they had found the venue flight's and transfer for us on the beautiful Tuscany/Umbria border. I would recommend Pinch.
