Pillow Haven 

Didn’t expect the firmness to work for me but it actually does. It feels stable but not hard. Took a few days to adjust but now it feels normal in a good way.

I ordered 2 pillows and they both have a heavy chemical smell. Even after airing them out it hasn't gone away.
I decided to try and return them, as it clearly states on their website that "if its not right for you, return it for a full refund, no pressure, no hassle"
Well, its been a hassle.
Its been a week long back and forth with their customer support offering ever escalating offers for credit (starting at 25% we're now at 125%). Every time I say I would prefer a refund, thank you. They send me another credit offer and a reminder that if i send them back I'm on the hook for shipping, however much that costs.
I still am waiting on my no pressure, hassle free return.
Do not recommend ordering from this place.

Woke up and realized I hadn’t stretched my neck first thing. That’s new for me and I’m not mad about it.

My old pillow would flatten halfway through the night. This one stays the same.

I care about how my bed looks and I was worried it would look bulky. It actually looks clean and simple. Plus it’s comfy which makes it even better.

It felt weird the first night but by the fourth I was sleeping deeper.

I've been using the pillow for several months now and it hasn't reduced or eliminated my snoring at all. I'm sure it probably works for some people but not all. It's a nice pillow and comfortable so I'll continue using it but I think buyer beware it might not work for you

I am usually very picky with beddings especially when it comes to pillows. But with this pillow i ordered, I have been having very good sleep and my neck feels very good, instead of stiff (which usually happens with a lot of pillows). 100% recommended

I have a desk job and neck tightness every day. Not a miracle cure but noticeable difference. Less tension when turning my head in the morning.

First night felt weird. Second night better. By the end of the week I realized my headaches in the morning were gone. That’s the main reason I kept it.

I'm very picky with pillows and usually return them. This one I kept. Supportive but not rock hard. If you like super soft hotel pillows you probably won't love it, but for proper support it's really good.
