Still no reply !

Still no reply !! No explanation as to why the conflicting text and emails .
Apart from a reply on here saying not alot!!

Took my information and ran

Took my information and immediately rerouted me to a completely different website. No confirmation or denial of the loan. I wouldn’t mind a simple denial. I don’t trust the lack of communication with my information.

Good experience at first but 3rd time…

Good experience at first but 3rd time unlucky.
Applied early morning and waited all day for a decline at 4.45pm. Had to send email for an answer....lucky for me an hour later I was approved elsewhere and funds sent.
My previous payments were in full and on time so not sure why.

As a responsible lender, we complete numerous checks prior to accepting an application, and lots of elements make up this assessment. Sometimes the application process can take a little longer, as these checks can take some time.

Money did not come at 9pm like stated…

Money did not come at 9pm like stated in the confirmation e-mail. very inconvient.
