Just read all the other reviews. I can’t believe I have fallen for this too! Alexandra responds to any general queries but when I emailed to say it doesn’t work and wanted a refund, NO response! Total SCAM! Wish I had read these reviews below before ordering.

Like others, I ordered this without reading reviews. Like others, I have had no success with this. I emailed the company for advice and tips on how to use it, and despite following these to the letter, 5 weeks in and the pigeons are still cooing loudly on their corner of the roof. (They now appear to have nested so will be impossible to shift). Absolute waste of money.

Awful company and with ours the battery exploded .Very dangerous .

Ordered this product before reading reviews (what an idiot) Please don't make the same mistake. This product is total crap!! Now trying to get refund. I would have given it no stars if I could. Product claims to be a UK company as it is registered in London ,but the product is made and dispatched from France.

Ordered this item thinking it was legitimate, it arrived in a jiffy bag ( no box). Alarm bells immediately started ringing. The instructions were just some photo copied sheets of paper, hence to say it omits a really irritating noise but unfortunately doesn’t seem to irritate the pigeons. Steer well clear. Scam.

I bought 2 and sent them back immediately. It is now a month ago and they never reimbursed me when they promised it in maximum 5 days. It is a SCAM

I thought this product too good to be true, and a tad expensive. On their own site, they have excellent reviews, but checking elsewhere, YouTube and now Trust pilot, I can see that they are all bogus. What further stopped me from buying, was that I emailed them to ask if it effected garden birds, as they encourage people to contact them if they have any concerns. They did not reply. Glad I didn't purchase one

As per other reviews, I agree this is a scam! The item does not work, I had pigeons sitting on top of it and around it. I returned it twice and am still waiting for my refund, so do not have the item anymore or the money I paid for it, which is pretty unlawful. You are unable to write a review on their website directly either.

Total Scam. So-called UK Company but ships from France. Was compulsory dissolved by Companies house in 2014. The device can be heard over 20 feet away and does not at all deter the Pigeons. I have one nesting close to it and another was actually pecking at it. Utter junk. Do not buy. I'll have to issue a dispute with my Credit card company now.

Ich habe dadurch 80 CHF verloren. Schützen Sie sich und Ihr Geld - meiden Sie dieses Unternehmen.

Dank jullie allemaal, er is een miskoop voorkomen door jullie recensies te lezen. Hier zou de NVWA iets aan moeten doen, op een lege huls zit niemand te wachten.

After reading all the reviews I started to think I’ve been had over so I try to contact the company by the phone number what doesn’t exist, then email to get a response a day later, but a day later it arrived by the post office. Reading the reviews I notice plenty of people having issue with turning it on or some unlucky people haven’t it broken or not even arrived, I was one of the lucky ones I guess but I had to unscrew it to place the battery in place. Had it in my garden for the last two days. It has reduced the pigeons but some still land so it does work but it’s not 100% I have given it 4 stars due to the device does look cheap made and the price of £60 is overprice.

So thankful I saw these reviews before purchasing it. How many more innocent people will be conned? Thanks folks for reviews.

Looking at companies house, it looks like the company was dissolved in February 24 !

Wat een slecht apparaat. De website is pure oplichterij. Ik wilde op de website een review schrijven maar dat lukt dus niet. Zoals je merkt ben ik een ontevreden klant. Het apparaat geeft een enorme herrie. Ik weet niet of hij duiven wegjaagt maar als het apparaat aanstaat komen mijn buren en ik niet meer buiten vanwege het geluid. Dat het dus geluidloos is, dat is dus pure onzin. Terugsturen is geen optie want deze firma reageert nergens op.

DOES NOT WORK ALSO IF IT WAS OF USE DELIVERY WAS I CAN'T repeat on line?
