I have ordered one of the pigeon deterrent devices which never arrived. I have tried to phone the company resulting in a non existent number and no response to any emails sent. this is a scam. please do not buy one.

If I could give minus 10 for the stopbirdpro I would, wish I had looked into it further and saved my money. It is totally useless. DONT BUT. The pigeons sit on top of it. RUBBISH

Doesn't work, sound is audible. I was promised a refund if I returned the product and now my emails are bouncing back unanswered. A total scam and waste of £59. Tried to call and the phone does not work either so I have no way of chasing for my money back.

They cheated my parents into buying this. When I saw it i was so sorry for them. The product is garbage Allegedly a scam.

Absolute crap, waste of time. All reviews made up, the box is ineffective and this is a scam

Bought week ago and a waste of my £59 should have just thrown it down the drain

Total waste of money, I feel absolutely ripped off.
They claim a 100% success when in reality its a 100% useless at stopping anything.
You can't even leave a review on the website or get a refund. Don't be drawn in by false claims and reviews

Total waste of money. Have tried this unit in a number of locations within the back garden. If anything, I now have more pigeon than before. Please note I have followed all instructions and before anybody askes it is switched on.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE....it’s a complete rip off, doesn’t scare of any pigeons at all, they just laugh at it. Theses reviews that say it does must be employed by the company. Please don’t buy it..!!

First of all it doesn't come from the uk, it comes from Geneva...so here was my problem pigeons on my roof & nesting under my solar panels..so I thought I would buy myself stopbird pro..when I first got it I turned it on, there was a faint bleeping noise so I know it's working, taken up into my loft placed through a hole in my felt & placed it under my solar panels so it would be protected from the elements...its been there about ten days now & no sign off the pigeons even being bothered by total piece of rubbish doesn't work....dont buy...I cannot leave a review on there web site...please please please read my review if your thinking of buying one
DON'T BOTHER SAVE YOUR MONEY

We have a 200 year old 30 meter high tree, which up to 30 Pigeons like to live in, and leaving droppings over my car and driveway.

After reading the reviews was sceptical that the Pigeon deterrent would work. But since it has been setup and is hanging on my garage eve and now a light lamp. I have only seen one Pigeon in two weeks. Our workout matt which had upto 20 droppings on it a day has only had one in the same two weeks. I would say it is 90% effective and will hang it up the tree so I get the effect higher, the top of the tree is 30 meters from the device and I think that is beyond its limit.

Overall I am happy and will fine tune its positioning to increase the effect.

I was more than a little worried when reading the reviews here as we had ordered 2 in desperation to deal with pigeons on the driveway (cars covered daily) side drive (roosting spot on neighbours house) and don’t mention the patio at the back.

Yes, it took a while to receive them. However, once they arrived and, having read the instructions, positioned them (drive and side opposite their roosting spot). Very helpful to know from reviews to turn on by pressing white button at back as not in instructions. Once on, audible but faint.

Didn’t expect too much. However end of day 2, the cars are clean, nothing on side drive and the pigeon roost is empty. Will it last? Do not know. Will certainly move them around each week so that they don’t get used to the monitors.

I was at the end of my pigeon tether and this seemed to be worth a shot!

Minus 1 star for wait for delivery. Top stars for performance so far.

This has had no effect at all with the pigeons quite happy to sit next to it

Product arrived quickly but is much noisier than expected - we have a pigeon problem on our balcony (blocks of flats) but cannot use the device as can be heard indoors and is not neighbour friendly. Really wish they were more transparent about the noise. No obvious way to return the device for a refund either.

Site: Site vitrine avec de faux témoignages très élogieux. Il est impossible de déposer un avis (essayez de cliquer sur le bouton "déposer un avis" sur le site).

Société: basée en Suisse, pas de recours possible en France. SAV injoignable. Pas de remboursement possible.

L'arnaque sévit dans d'autre pays, tapez "Pigeon Deterrent" sur Google. Cerise sur le gâteau: de faux avis élogieux sont rédigés par de faux utilisateurs sur des forums (essayez de cliquer sur les profils de utilisateurs recommandant le produit).

Il s'agissait pour moi d'un achat compulsif suite à des désagréments chez moi, malheureusement c'est une énorme déception et une arnaque totale. Ne vous laissez pas avoir comme moi. J'ai informé la répression des fraudes qui ne peut rien faire (site basé en Suisse)

Absolute waste of money. Does not work in the garden at all. Pigeons sit happily next to it. Don’t waste your money. Also the product does not come from the UK it comes from Switzerland and postage takes an age. Please save your money and don’t buy.

We have problems with a flock of about 12 pigeons decimating the blossom on 8 large ornamental pear trees. We also have a pair of them nesting in a large hedge. I’m so pleased that the device has stopped the flock on the pear trees it has worked so well I’ve ordered a second one for my vegetable patch. Unfortunately it hasn’t deterred the nesting pair but I feel that is because they are sitting on eggs so are more stubborn. I’m hoping using two devices will be enough to move them on. I do agree the on/off switch isn’t obvious and also when mine arrived the battery had come lose so I had to unscrew and reinstall it. Perhaps these are the issues with some of the poor reviews below as we’ve been happy we are down from twelve to two and a hopeful for zero soon.

I ordered an SPB device before I found these reviews. My heart sank, but I gave it a go. I had considered feeding my pests whisky soaked grain and when they were sufficiently legless, loading them into the car and taking them 40 miles away and abandoning them. The thought of being stopped by the police during Covid restrictions and having to explain what I was doing miles from home with a boot full of drunken pigeons didn't appeal. The SPB seemed a better option...
My experience, contrary to many, is this:
It is far from obvious as to how to turn the device on - it needs a determined pressure on the small white tab on the back and you will hear the tone, in my case, up to a distance of 10ft or so.
My particular problem is pigeons roosting over and pooping on a small patio (and me) in front of a shed beneath the branches of a neighbour's large sycamore.
I positioned the device in a small plastic bag on the front of the shed and angled upwards slightly beneath the tree and towards the garden.
For three weeks plus now, there have been no roosting pigeons above the patio on my side of the tree nor in the immediate garden near the shed, apart from one who didn't stay long. We normally observed six plus pigeons in the tree during the day and several ransacking the lawn in the morning.
It doesn't seem to affect other birds - in fact we have had an increase in more acceptable visitors.
After the first week I repositioned the device to be less visible, pointing slightly away from the tree and garden - pigeons returned, so it went back to its original position and pigeons went.
It fell once and dislodged the battery; easily fixed.
So, it is working well, but the range, angle of beam and direction need to be considered when positioning. My only concern is that the pigeons may get used to it over time... but a friend has been sufficiently impressed to acquire one.

I read about the " best pigeon deterrent " so I bought one from SBP. All fitted, as per instruction,, to the tree outside my bedroom window where a couple decide to roost. Nothing....they sit on the same branch as the wretched green box, cooing at it. No deterrent at all. Waste of money. You also don't get any paperwork/receipt in with the delivery,or any notification that they've received your purchase request/money. Ezpensive aste of time and money. I'm back to poking the tree with my stick. Rubbish item.
