Exceptional Service
Exceptional, professional service from all the girls, both me and my friend had piercings by two different piercers here and both of our experiences were great. They were so welcoming and friendly that any nerves instantly went. The studio was super clean too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish
Charlie was so welcoming when we arrived, made my daughter feel so welcome and spent time explaining the options. She is only 7 so was nervous but he reassured her.
The ID checks were done carefully, which again was reassuring that safety is very important.
Irene who did the piercing was so welcoming, reassuring and very good at explaining the steps and also the aftercare.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Piercer Charlie’s to anyone who wants a piercing.

10/10 customer service and expert advice
I want to give a big shout out to Antonis, who despite being unable to examine my piercings in person, was able to give me spot on advice via email 🙌🏼 I was so worried that the piercings I was ordering would not fit properly or be the size I was looking for. Just by sending him photos of my piercings and telling him exactly what I wanted, my order was absolutely perfect 🤩 I’m so impressed by the advice I received and am delighted with my purchase. I will definitely be back for more 😏

Pay the little extra for the lot more ye get
They know what they're doing and have very high standards. We chose here for our girls first ear piercing as we heard too many bad stories about the likes of Claire etc who use the guns?
Piercer explained everything very clearly and made sure the whole experience was perfect.
Free follow up offered in case of any concerns.
Would have no hesitation recommending
