I was sent a used and abused item that was missing items and it only took me a week to get it to be able to work. They refused to take it back.

One product works as advertised, but the dimensions are misleading. Very small item, but the light is good. Short term so far, unsure how they'll handle actual weather.

Item was shipped in Poly Envelope and…
Item was shipped in Poly Envelope and the package itself had damage. There were no precautions taken to ensure the product was safe during delivery. Also the products package seemed to have been opened and resealed or even used prior to my purchase.
