Not my AirPods!

I ordered AirPods and they were connected to someone’s Apple account. I returned them and got refunded. Was a total waste of my time. Make sure what you are purchasing is not “used”. I will not buy from them again.

My purchase is lost

I have not received my purchase it was delivered to another city. I have written that I want my money back but the answer has been: we are still trying to recover the package… Meanwhile, 2 weeks later, my order is lost and it was time sensitive since it was arranged to be sent to another country.

order cancelled given a credit all fine but no reason given for the cancellation! Why was it cancelled?
