Package arrived after the delivery the original deliver date

Was to arrive at the location on June 10 but did not arrive until June 12. We left the location the night of June 10. The package according to the tracking was delivered on June 12. We are not at the location so we do not have the items.

That is why a tracking number is provided in our customer's portal so they can track its estimated delivery date. Circumstances happen during delivery and that is within our purview. Your return policy was very bad

Your return policy was very bad. I can't even make sure you will even refund me the money after telling you guys I use the plots. You have an automated response and you're getting tired of it. I will never buy from your guys again. And it's sad, I definitely got some of your products but I'll never buy again

A product that is not defective, is what we consider a "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse" return.

For non-defective products, we are unable to pay for return shipping. I hope this clarifies why we cannot provide free return labels for 'change of mind returns.

Receive merchandise that was cracke Unhappy customer…

Receive merchandise that was cracked ordered an iPad. It was package had a hard time contacting customer service to get the result. Now I’m waiting to see if they’re gonna credit my account back. My money was never used because when it came to me, it was already broken. I am never doing business with this company again I return other merchandise and got credit for one thing because I did return to sender and they can’t find it in their warehouse so I am without getting my money returned back to me so my request is to never do business with this company

a year ago and requesting a refund now when I try to place an order you have black bald me and do not accept my payments I have a very good credit rating and multiple accounts on time payments so if your business cannot stand one negative purchase I was in business 40 years in the swimming pool industry you always treat customers with respect have a nice day

Garbage

One item cancelled. The 4 bug zappers I received are cheap Chinese garbage and don't do anything. The one charger I did receive came used and missing the block it Said came in the box. Nothing worth buying sold on this site anymore and customer service takes several days to respond.

I hope that it improves but the…

I hope that it improves but the experience to date is not good. Support does not read or read with understanding. My package had what the USPS says is a bad address. I even spoke in person with the City's postmaster who said it was the company's fault. He located the package but there was an additional fee because they had to lopp around the service area.
I refused. I spent hours with and just want my money back. I promise not to use the company any more.

As far as the comment box, it would be useful to verify copy.
