Pickspace has been a great tool to manage our coworking spaces! It is an efficient way to collect rents and manage inventory. There have many improvements over the last few years and am looking forward to their new on demand booking options and improvement of reporting.

I have been using the system for over 3 years. I feel that over time the system has greatly improved, especially in terms of user experience. Each action is relatively easy to implement, the reports that can be generated from the system are very helpful to create plans for further action. The team of the system is available almost 24 hours a day and in any problem the team tries to help us and most of the problems are solved. They helped us connect the system to our accounting system to facilitate the process in this area. Overall, I am satisfied with the system and think that there is always an intention to bring about further improvement and automation that will contribute in the future.

Pickspace is the most complete software for property management I have used, and I've used quite a lot of them.

From collecting rent to messaging and maintenance through their app, I find this to be the most useful tool for landlords!

Also with the pandemic, Pickspace has been ideal for unnecessary contact with tenants.

Pickspace not only helped me run my real estate, but their team has always gone above and beyond with their support! I can email them and get a prompt response and they are on call to help me with anything I need! I've never seen support as dedicated to their clients as theirs. Kudos!
