The product is amazing and truly works but next day delivery is a complete joke! There’s no number to call just email address which is up to 24 hours for reply!
When you check for the tracking it’s only shows as
“We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.”
I just want my order!

Please have a little patience if you don't see immediate changes, we didn't notice anything for a few months but a year later and our dogs horrible yeast hasn't come back once. Very grateful we found this.

Definitely seeing a difference in our little spaniel after months of her nibbling her paws she finally seems to be turning a corner after being on Pick Peanut for just over a month, seems way happier in herself since being on this product, definitely recommend trying if your have a paw nibbler.

Took a bit longer to work than expected but started to see a change about 3 months in. Tried a few weeks off and problems came back so it's definitely the sk9 working.

Definitely recommend for anyone with a dog having health problems. We use probiotics, shampoo and sk9 and so far so good.

Good service - bit slow over christmas but just bought again for 5th order

We accidentally bought 2 tubs of SK9 dog chews have got through the first tub. The dog chew has made no difference to our dogs paw problem in fact it’s worst and we are so disappointed with the results which we were sucked in to try and find a solution to our poor dogs itching, red paws etc.
shameful these are just dog treats and we feel we have misled.
Happy to return the second tub of pellets for a refund, thanks but very disappointed GM

Still no refund, weeks after being promised one and they ignore all emails. Awaiting a few days to do the chargeback as had to wait four weeks due to be a Mastercard. Def do not recommend

What's happening? I've been a customer in early 2024 and had no issues. Contrast this with recent automated replies to emails via your contact page. I know that things are only now getting back to normal after Christmas and the New Year but a human dealing with enquiries is essential. I wish to buy more of your products but after seeing some reviews of late I'm hesitating. A proper response to my email of this morning would be a start.

I like the product but bought 6 packs on an offer and then they sent me another one that apparently I had subscribed to. I said don’t send but they sent anyway charging full price and said I could return it. However, they don’t answer any emails with info on how to return for a refund. I won’t be buying from this company again, there are more reputable companies selling this type of product who do answer emails.

Moved to pick peanut from a big brand the ones with the pink tub.... and im so glad we did, the sk9 has been the best product ive found for our yorkie

If you're on the fence, trust me I was too. I read hundreds of pick peanut reviews before buying. And the experience so far has been wonderful, my order came quickly and the probiotics started to work within a week of taking them. I know it might not be like that for everyone but I'm so grateful we found them.

We spent literally thousands of pounds on a problem your 28 pound probiotics fixed. I can't believe it, our dog's skin is finally clear. I won't stop giving him the probiotics they have completely turned things around.
