I didn't think my piano was that out of tune, so couldn't believe how good it sounded after tuning! Thankyou so much Glyn for doing such a great job - see you next year!

I’m delighted Glyn looks after my beautiful piano. He brings a definitive combination of experience, specialist knowledge and skill to his work. His enthusiasm for the piano is contagious. My piano was literally singing after he left! It is more than simple tuning, he somehow brings out the best in the instrument and understands its unique musicality. Glyn tuned our piano recently - a lot of the middle keys werent sounding at all, so I phoned Glyn, knowing he would help.
Well, he opened up the front and there was a mouse's nest.....no mouse fortuntaely (probably moved out with it's babies) so he set about cleaning and sorting it all - fascinating to watch and Glyn is so friendly and knowledgable, that it was a real pleasure to spend some time with him.
He tuned the piano for good measure.

Often firms say “we don’t cover the Highlands” but not Moray Firth Pianos, despite being based a long way from where I live. Glyn Morris has been tuning my piano for many years. Glyn has tuned a number of pianos for me over the years and always does an excellent job. Today, he made some effective adjustments to my Yamaha that improved the working of the soft pedal mechanism…and also made the overall tone of the piano more mellow to suit a domestic setting. Recommended.

Speedy response to tuning request and my piano now sounds great again. Useful advice over the phone on eliminating irritating buzzes (a pencil behind the piano was the culprit!). Helpful tips on room humidity and piano protection from nearby radiator.
