A visszaigazoló e-mail automatikusan kiküldésre kerül minden rendelés után – sajnáljuk, hogy Önnél ez nem érkezett meg, és emiatt nem tudta érvényesíteni a kedvezményt. Előfordulhat, hogy technikai hiba történt vagy a levelezőrendszer blokkolta az üzenetet – ezt belsőleg is kivizsgáljuk.

Excellent product but issues with courier delivery service
Excellent product, however, there was quite a delay in the couriering of the product. But the customer service has been exemplary in keeping me updated when I couldn't find anything of the tracking on my side after a while.
