Quality product and excellent service

I have been ordering from this company since 1995. Always good to get a real person if that's what you prefer.

I made my order by phone and the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful

Fast delivery, kept updated with the progress of order and delivery . Items arrived as described and of good quality.

Item ordered arrived today incomplete and incorrect. Messaged the team and no apology and then they wanted me to do their job for them, even after having sent them every thing and more of what they requested via email. Constant prompts through the conversation to get information, chat was a damp squib of a service.

The correct item has now ben sent out but when it arrived I will having been awaiting over a week for two tiny straps and a tiny bit of foam. I wouldn't use again because the customer service albeit a resolution was reached was hard work. Mistakes happen but I don't feel their colleague went out of their way to help without my asking. Item quality looks pretty cheap albeit I cannot comment on its durability but luckily it was on sale.

Excellent company to deal with either online or by phone. Equipment is of robust quality - ideal for purchase of small equipment for Pilates mat work .
Service and delivery is excellent- well packaged and fast delivery.

The product is brilliant. Not a cheap option but it is robust and properly made. Other cheaper rings I have bought have lost their integrity quite quickly but this one is made of steel. The customer service was brilliant as well. My first order was stolen off my doorstep but it was replaced quickly by the company and without quibbling which was a huge relief. Top marks on all metrics.
