Good quality products
Easy to navigate website & find the product I required, a 3kg slam ball. Ordering was straightforward & slam ball arrived pretty quickly & in good condition. Price was comparable to other suppliers. Expect a postal charge.

Very quick and efficient service
Very quick service. Delivery came a day earlier.
The item was ordered twice by mistake but when contacted on the chat box I was assured one order would be cancelled immediately and I would not be charged twice.
All went to plan.

Ths physical company are good to deal…
Ths physical company are good to deal with, however we bought a Merrithew reformer and it was advertised as silent. It is the noisiest reformer I have come accross. Merrither sent new rollers - it's a brand new machine, still, very very noisy. I am most upset as now I am stuck with a noisy reformer and every single workout is ruined by this. I really am upset. It should NOT be advertised as silent - a very expensive mistake.
