Bought a subscription as says on their website 'we have every device covered' although what it doesn't say is it will only work on apps THEY tell you to use. Ask tech team for m3u link so I can use it... Leggi di più

Been with phtv for 3 years new sub again tonight for my 4th year heard alot of horror stories with other providers dont fix what ain't broke 10/10 phtv keep up the good work team

Easiest way to sum up PHTV

What’s the easiest way to sum up PHTV & the service.. Outstanding - had the service for over 3 years and cannot fault.. Great work by the all the team!!

scam, stay away.

Sales team never reply, and attempted to get a refund to just be ignored £69.99 down the drain.

Do not sign up

Do not sign up, had ben using for years but have upped their prices and now charged me double and wont refund, no reply after 10+ emails and their phone numbers dont work now, also their service has stopped working so just scamming customers

Money taken but nothing received

Paid for a package ten days ago but unfortunately have been unable to make contact with anyone to arrange setup despite repeated emails, website queries, whatsapp messages and contacting the live chat

Do not understand why as I know two other people who use this site and have done for a number of years, I am now trying to get a refund but I am not very hopeful based on service to date

Bought a 24h pass yesterday- still nothing

Bought a 24h pass yesterday. After 45min of not receiving anything, I called the customer service. the call was answered quickly nut was very underwhelmed by the service. I was asked to give the email address I used, but half wsay through giving it, the guy couldn't be bothered to finish and told me that the email with codes should come within 24h... not great when you buy a 24h pass... you want it straight away!
Checked my emails regularly for 24h .... still nothing!
Tried to ring the customer service again and.... noone to pick up!
