I didn’t have to buy one of these to realize right away that it’s a scam. First of all, 64 GB is not very much storage. Even anyone with two brain cells working in concert with any knowledge about data storage capacity will be able to figure this out in a hurry. Looking further on in the ad there are these so-called “reviews“, supposedly “verified“, but they all have common names like David S., Karen P. And so on. In other words common first names, and just the initial of the last name on every single one. These are huge red flags folks. Then there’s the big “60% off” spiel but the price is not revealed until you press the buy button and it’s obvious that the “regular” price is jacked way up - MADE UP, in other words. I can buy a 4 TB external hard drive with connections that will fit into any device for less than $100. At the price for this memory stick it would cost thousands to get enough sticks to make 4 TB. Do the math. It would take 64 of these 64 GB memory sticks to make 4 TB of storage. Multiply 64 times approximately $35 and that’s almost $2000. I feel bad for those who did not realize immediately what a scam this is. And I hope that not too many bought more than one memory stick from this obscenely predatory company that simply takes your money, sends no product and then disappears off the face of the earth.

I didn't buy it thanks to everyone reviews. But let's not let YouTube Marketing Dept off the hook. THEY are allowing these scams to be promoted without checking the authenticity of them.

I never received the product and when I wrote to get a refubd it said address not found :( do not buy!!

I ordered the backup device on 6 July, and received two e-mails that day, the first acknowledging my order (the cost being £54.94), and the second saying the order was 'ready to be collected' by their courier.

The estimated shipping time to Europe was said to be '5 - 9 Business Days'. As I had heard nothing since, today I e-mailed the address from which the Phoxfer e-mails appeared to have originated, but I received a message to say that address did not exist. It seems clear that I have been scammed. The scammers appear to be in Lithuania.

This is a scam....thought I was ordering something for $49; immediately within seconds wanted to cancel, but could not...they charged my card for $69 and another $69; I was unable to reach them by their #; canceled my card before they could make anymore bogus charges

Tried to purchase four items $215.40 and got charged $499.40, immediately asked for amendment of order to be told order already processed. ALERT SCAM

PHOXER You folks ; these photo etc., cellphone smartpone back up USB sticks ! [ USB-C and USB-A ; 64GB ] , are £6 , $8 on amazon ! NOT £50 or $65 !! Rip off ! Scam !. PHOXER ...

So glad I read this before purchasing. After seeing the youtube.ad I was convinced ti would remedy my storage issues. Thanks for the folks who offered the real 411 on this product experience and its poor customer experience and quality. If you have any suggestions on products that do a great job here - please advise;

I Am So Fkng glad I read the reviews as I'm accustomed in doing before any purchases. I do feel bad for the guy who got scammed for $253 and one of their shyster employees named VICTOR, kept giving him the run around. What a P.O.S. I hope he gets his response as well as his refund.

Phew, thanks for the warning everyone. I'm glad I looked here and saved myself the hassle of being scammed by Phoxfer. For those that have been scammed, I've never had a problem getting my money back by putting in a bank transaction dispute.

They scammed me out of $200. After selecting what I thought was 4 devices for $51.00 I hit the place order button thinking I'd be redirected to another page that will let me see the grand total with tax, shipping, etc., but instead I got " Thank You for Your purchase! Order #2A916FA1EA", and was billed $253.20, so I instantly contacted them, and within seconds I got a response that said,

MYSELF: I don't believe an order could possibly be filled, packaged, and sent out that quickly, (5 minutes?) and I feel like I'm being completely scammed. I already mentioned that I CAN'T AFFORD THAT COST, AS FOOD IS MORE IMPORTANT, but obviously profit is more important than your customers! I don't need the hassle of returning items I don't even want!!
I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM!! COME ON...OFFERING ME AN EXTENTED WARRANTY ON SOMETHING I DON'T EVEN WANT!!

This product is very overpriced, you could literally buy a usb to SD card adapter with usb micro usb and usb c or lightning and a 128 GB reptubatble brand micro SD card for the same price in fact less and it's probably faster, you could also simply plug in your phone and backup to the computer anyway, this simply adds an extra step unless you leave it on the device.

The moment I saw the add I could see it was clearly to trick older people who won't know much about tech but still use a phone take photos and maybe have a computer, as anyone that's used hard drives and bought SD cards and used usb adapters will know this is a huge rip off.

Also seems like people didn't even get the advertised product from other reviews here, this is exactly the kind of garbage trustpilot helps avoid.

Don't buy!! Its a scam. Received cheap flash drive in post. No Phoxfer branding on it. Absolute rubbish.

some guy made a scam website, product, even ad the nerve to make an ad that contained videos of a MOTHERBOARD, CPU, a FRIGGIN XILINX FPGA BOARD and DID NOT SHOW ANY SORT OF FLASH MEMORY/USB DRIVE of some sort.

bro even tried to convince us with A FU***** RADIO CIRCUIT BOARD OF SOME SORT💀💀

then showed stock ahh footage to look "professional"

im leaving a review here so ppl dont buy this dogwater product.
