Terrible!

The quality of the picture itself on the statuette is HORRIBLE (faded, can see pixels, etc). The original picture is a professional pic, therefore, the resolution quality couldn't have been any better. Further, the cut out of the statuette was just as bad, my daughter's team hat was cut off so you can't see the team name, missing part of her shoe (toe) and one arm was cut smaller than the other. Being that it is personalized, they offer no refunds. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Since you didn’t leave your name, we are not sure if you are truly a customer; however, we always offer a 100% Guarantee so just call us at 517-898-1587 or email us at contact@photostatuettes.com for a full refund or remake with a better photo. We always check photos first to see if it is large enough but if it was pixelated it must not have been high enough resolution. Please contact us.

These guys always deliver a superb…

These guys always deliver a superb product. If there is a break in shipment (which rarely happens! Seriously, years of ordering) they are on it quick. Customer service is fantastic. Blessed to be a customer. This site is the best!
