I am very sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your PhotoStatuette. We did just take a look at your order. The photo you submitted actually has the hats of some of the people cut off, so there wasn't anything we could do to add them back, so we simply tried to round the top of those heads. Our normal turn-around time is 5-7 business days design and production, not including weekends and holidays, plus your shipping time, which during the holidays, can be 14 days total. We would be happy to re-make a PhotoStatuette for you, if you would like to email us a different photo that doesn't have parts of the people cut off. Amazing
Lovely! I’m in awe about how beautiful it turned out. I took a glimpse of it and it’s my wife’s Christmas present and I know she will hit the floor when she sees it. I plan to buy more statuettes of people who are no longer here. Photos have sentimental value and these are more than what you can ask for compared to a photobook stocker. Awesome job guys. You just won a customer for life.

I have ordered four statuettes from…
I have ordered four statuettes from this site. On the last order one of the statuettes was broken, probably in transit, and the other was the wrong size. I notified them and they immediately began the process to remake both pieces. Correspondence and customer service is beyond excellent. All four of our grandchildren now have their own statuette.
