I love the quality of the product

I love the quality of the product. Photos look great and they (3) arrived safely (well packed) and quickly. Buying a few definitely helped make the price more reasonable.
Would have been 5 stars if the edge of the statuettes was black (not white) and if the base was more narrow. The base for my 5x7 statuettes was over 1.5" in depth, and I'm afraid to cut it smaller wanting to not chip the plastic of the images. Otherwise: top notch.

Not what we had hoped for.

I was very specific about sizing wanting our two statues to be "matching" size even though one was sitting and one was standing. We knew one would be taller but we wanted the heads to be comparable sizes. The one was HUGE (sitting one) and the other tiny. Both are "5x7" -- go figure. Then, we called the place to ask about it and no answer. Left a message...and no return call after more than a week. Sadly disappointed.

We apologize for missing your call. We were out of the office for Memorial Day weekend and thought we were able to get back with all voicemails that were left for us. We looked back at your order and we do see the comment you left, however, it says, "make image as large as possible...unable to see the upload, but please have it fill the full 5x7 size". We value our customers' instructions very much, so we did take note of this and made the images fill the 5x7 dimensions. Unfortunately, we don't see where you mentioned that you would like the heads to be comparable, if we were to do that, the statuette that was sitting would have to be a 3 inch x 3 1/2 inch statuette (3 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall). However, if this is what you are looking for, we'd certainly be happy to remake that for you. Lion Cub Scout

Very pleased with the product . So far I have ordered about 20 statuettes as gifts and .It is a lasting gift that have been appreciated by the recipients.

We hit it out of the park!

I bought one of these for a decoration for my daughter's graduation party. I was so pleased and It came out so well that I wanted to get 2 more. Time was running out and I wasn't sure the 2 additional ones would make it on time. I emailed customer service and was blown away with their response and service! They expedited my order and it arrived a day early.
Everyone at the party just loved them, especially my daughter. She kept asking me how I had them made. She's a graphic designer and was very impressed with the quality. We hit it out out of the park. Thank you, Photo Statuettes!

Best Graduation Gifts EVER

Best Graduation Gifts EVER! Photo Statuettes rushed my order packed and shipped them to where I was staying for Graduation. They contacted me with questions to confirm I was happy with the cropping which I never expected. Over the top service and the quality was excellent. I was able to pass them out at Graduation because Photo Statuettes is the kind of company that does things right and where customer service matters. I haven’t seen that it a long time. Thank you!
