I made a very last-minute appointment to get some head shots done, because I completely aboard the professional ones that my company took! I must say that this shop completely exceeded my expectations. Not only was the professional who took my photos, kind and courteous, but she also made sure to get multiple angles so that I could find my perfect photo. I now am using my photos on my website, my company’s website, upcoming books, and literally everywhere else. Thank you so very much for not just being efficient but for being kind and producing literally the best head shots I’ve had in a very long time! Thank you so so very much for making me feel beautiful again!

My fiancé and I wanted beautiful pictures together for our engagement cards and Photo Snap Studio did not disappoint! He suggested backgrounds that would compliment our outfits that we coordinated. Recommended poses that looked natural and romantic. We will definitely be coming back.

Starting with the positive, the staff was nice. However, the quality of photos were poor. The photographer didn’t know how to pose us. During our session they allowed someone else to come in and take a passport photo. He intentionally took photos of us out of frame so you could see the other things in the background such as other props, the borders of the backgrounds, the bright yellow studio walls, the back hallway of the studio. I say it was intentional because they charge $15 per photo to edit/crop the picture. Instead of being semi professional and just take pictures of the subjects in frame. When inquired about it I was told that “this wasn’t a professional portrait studio. It was a quick studio”. And the proof clearly is in the quality of photos. I would never spend my money there and NEVER recommend it to anyone. It honestly feels like a scam.

Very Outstanding quality photos and fantastic service! Supportive fees and discounts for the military families. Quick with printing pictures and amazing backdrops to select from and allow you time to pick your best photos. Love it! We will be back!!!

Ermes was the best . His customer service and his professionalism. He was patient and he made suggestions. He move quick the process was quick as far as the photos back to me took a day . The pictures look good and clear . Clear and crisp . I think my experience was a great one because of Ermes a Ethiopian guy works closing shift .

Not professional photographers. More of amateurs. Many mistakes like shades and glares. Did not suggest any posing for the family pictures and they were rushing. Totally not value for money

I paid for pictures I expected to receive on the day taken. They advertise the pictures are delivered same day 👀👀👀 The lady took my money then said you will get your pictures next week 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s a email let’s be real you are not printing pictures. I had to wait 4 days for a email 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ nawhhh man won’t be going back. I lost money waiting on profile pictures …. And the chick that took the pictures had 4 of the same shot on several shots. Didn’t pay attention to detail either … lucky for 1 star
