Excellent service from start to finish - totally engaged with me - the customer - and most importantly - the restored photos in both black and white and coloured are lovely to have - Christmas sorted for everyone!

Great service, had an old small square photo of my mum and dad’s wedding which I wanted to enlarge to put in a 7x4 silver wedding anniversary frame. I told them what I needed, they explained what they could do, and they certainly can.
Really pleased with the service and results and more importantly mum loved it too.

I had a very small photograph of my daughter and my husband together over 40 years ago. The corner was torn off and there were some strange black marks on the photo.
I was sent several options to approve and we discussed frames and sizes. When the option I had finally chosen arrived I was amazed!! The missing corner had been restored and all the black marks removed and the photo was now 6 X 6 (from passport size!) Brilliant!
A present for my daughter which will make her as happy as I am with the brilliant outcome. Thank you so much Amy.

We had a set of wedding photos on slides. They were digitalised and optimised so the colours of 50 years ago came alive again. My Mum and Dad finally have a wedding album and a photo they can share.
The process was explained expertly, priced ahead of time so I could decide which options to take, and the products were given to me to check before I accepted them. Excellent speed of service too. I will be using the same services again with some more slides I have to convert to a more useable format. Thank you.

Having known the PF family for many years, watching their work from afar, it was a great moment when I stumbled upon two portraits of my Dad’s parents on his shelf. They had been totally sun washed, all original colours gone. So as a gift I decided to reach out to Amy and ask if she could help.
It turned out the two photos were originally one. Having been cut in a crazy way to fit the two frames.
Amy was able to bring it back to its original form - the quality was just incredible.
I really wanted to give it to my dad for his birthday, so the team made sure to deliver on time - which was such a bonus!
When my dad opened the photo of his parents, he was brought to tears (rare sight), he was so grateful and happy.

From start to finish the service was first rate. They keep you in the loop with advice, pricing quotes, recommendations etc. We were extremely pleased with the refurbished photograph we ended up with.

Having accidentally damaged a very sentimental photograph of which I only had the one copy I used a national company who charged a lot for very poor quality result .

I then found photographs forever on line and from the initial contact to receipt of the restored photograph the team were nothing but helpful and professional and refused to take any payment until I was fully satisfied with the end result which I have to say was beyond perfect !! Thank you !!

An excellent duplication of my damaged RSS certificate. I removed a star due to the expense, which I think is high.

I sent two old and badly damaged photos to Amy and she sent two perfectly restored e-copies back to me for approval. I had a couple of questions along the way that she answered qickly and completely. Haveing used Forever Photographs for the first time, they will be my first port of call in future.

As usual Richard and his team have produced marvellous images based on very damaged originals. Their service is first rate.

Due to the poor positioning of a lovely photo of my Late Father in law and my Husband and his brother, (sun damage). We were totally impressed with the Clarity of the Copies we received. Have now handed extras out to my Husbands siblings who are equally chuffed.
