Very good deal.pixel 7 and data deal with vodaphone cheapest

The phone came really fast (the next day), and I was helped by the saller.

Helpful staff. Responded quickly to follow up questions. Great all round service.

You sent me a phone which wasn't discussed. I have sent it back and am still waiting for the alternative phone to arrive. The sales man was adamant that he didn't have to listen back to the recording of the sales call and I have had to compromise on the phone choice because of the cost I am now being quoted. I still maintain the misunderstanding was on his side.

A very easy and pain free process. After a five minute phone call my new phone arrived the following day on a deal I am very happy with.

Purchased three new contract iPhones last week, the operator was not pushy and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the price it was cheaper than our current contract. Getting more data was a real bonus.

So, instead of trying to resolve my issue, they managed to get my original review removed.

So here is a nice, clear summary of my issue with affordablemobiles, phones.co.uk (their sister company) and a1comms (their owner)

We processed an O2 upgrade through affordablemobiles.com
We then got an email from them, asking for us to call them.
The number they gave comes up as "suspected spam"
The managed to talk to someone at a1comms, the number that affordable mobiles gave, to go through the whole process again.
We then get an email from phones.co.uk, with a new order number.
So, they cancelled the one from affordablemobiles and processed a new one from phones.co.uk

When we came to swap to the new phone and sim, we were not able to.
We then had to get in touch with o2, who had no record of the SSN number on the back of the sim.
With further digging, it turns out that we were sent an O2 branded sim with a Giffgaff phone number attached to it.
We did not sign up to change providers.
We did not sign up to giff gaff.
Nothing that we agreed and processed was for a giffgaff contract.

Trying to get any help from affordablemobiles, phones.co.uk and a1comms has been the most painful and fruitless task we have ever endured.

We sent the phone back and was told, over the phone, that the postage would be refunded. When I sent proof of postage (as requested) we then get an email saying that they do not refund postage for returns.

So, we have done nothing wrong and cancelled because of the mistakes made by affordablemobiles, phones.co.uk and a1comms. So why should we have to pay? None of you have provided any reliable or decent service. You didn't send the right sim. All the agreements were for o2 but you sent a Giffgaff sim. And we're paying for the pleasure of those mistakes?

A1comms and their businesses, affordablemobiles and phones.co.uk have all had a part in this awful service that we have received.

I'm sure I'll see a reply asking for more details so you can look into it, but you did that before and did absolutely nothing.

I have made sure that I have said nothing that may upset the trustpilot "content integrity team"

To reiterate, YOUR company made the error. YOUR company messed up. YOUR company said I would have the return postage paid.
And now you confirm that WE have to be out of pocket because YOUR company messed up?

Absolutely awful experience.
Will never use again and would not recommend to anyone.
Completely failed, with the simple task of an upgrade. I cancelled and now paying for their mistakes with my money and hours of my time, trying fix whatever they have done.
They do not care at all.
Awful company.

Was really pleased with the service and the phone was here in no time
