Is it new?

I ordered what was meant to be a new apple lead. The advert showed it being in a box. I first received a lead without a box which appeared used.I did nothing. About 10 days later I received a second lead. This also came without a box but had the apple leaflet. This one looked new and unused. I presume the company is recycling leads that must have been unwanted by the company that originally purchased them?

Thank you for your feedback and with sincere apologise that the product you purchased was not sealed or new. We have mentioned in our product listing that the items are used or the packaging may have been damaged. The items are purchased from large retailers and this can only guarantee that the product is genuine.

Touch screen of iPhone X in “very good”…

Touch screen of iPhone X in “very good” condition doesn’t work. It arrived 3 days ago and I’ve just given it to my son for his birthday today.
Very disappointing
