Our rep Molly is highly responsive. Even before she goes on vacation she reaches out to give me an alternate contact so I can get through quicker. We have at least 100 extensions with phone.com and have zero complaints.

The program is easy to use but out of office and vacation/holiday schedules are not easy to use.
