Amazing teacher, walks you through everything extremely clearly. From someone with no road experience, he made me feel confident in what I’m doing before getting out onto the road, and making sure I am doing everything correctly/safely. No pressure on me whatsoever, he just corrected you politely which is the best way to teach someone something new. I highly recommend this member of staff for someone who’s trying to get into the motorcycling hobby or wants to commute and have that freedom.

Paul and Ben were superb instructors (with the support of Sam) for my CBT - incredibly informative session, calm and clear instruction and plenty of time to practice anything we weren't clear on. Felt completely confident in their hands by the time we got out on the road. Will definitely be recommending to others.

My instructor ben was amazing helped me through every step of the away and helped me really well and didn't shout at me or anything but instead calmed me down when i made mistakes and helped me correct them i really recommend Phoenix motorcycle training and if your in watford i recommend intstructor ben who is amazing person

I had a great experience working with Ben as my trainer while creating our CBT course. Ben is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He explains CBT concepts clearly and makes them easy to apply in real situations. While creating our CBT course, he was supportive, structured, and always gave helpful feedback. I really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him.

Don't my CBT test today with only a little experience previously, Ben was so helpful and made sure I understand everything properly before doing it myself. Done my CBT today at the Watford training branch. Training was very good and detailed. Claire the instructor was super helpful and gave a lot of great tips and really took the time to help you get where you needed to be on the bike. Equipment and bike was in good condition. Overall very satisfied with Pheonix motorcycle training!

Cant recommend higher. Ben's a fantastic tutor, really took the time to teach me beyond the requirements of the CBT and give additional advice on bikes and safety. Give it a go!
