All the instructors at Phoenix were really supportive and I absolutely couldn’t have passed without them
The staff in the office are really helpful as well and all the organisation of everything is really clear so all you have to focus on is your own training and passing your test

I have booked 2 tests on the same day and I got Chris White, OMG what a star! He brings his own cones to the car park warmup before mod1, he runs around and talks you through the stuff. Between mod1 and mod2 we had a gap around 2hrs so he took me for a spin (even though he did not have to) around the areas dvsa takes you and I had more brilliant advices than on the 3 day fast track 3 weeks earlier (not with him)! He stops you and walks with you talking about fails you do, junctions etc. TOP MAN! I had 1 minor on mod2 and passed! Ask for CHRIS he is a gem instructor you will not regret having him! Also Maidstone is much easier than Erith in London. I have to mention the office staff as well, mega helpful helping booking the tests and sending all the info. Thanks very much all! Happy Biker.

Instructor Harry was excellent – creating a friendly and calm learning atmosphere and experience both in the classroom and out on the pad. He provided great training and advice – I felt very safe and confident going out on the roads after just a few hours training. Highly recommended.

The team, equipment and training all first class. Passed with only a few minors on my first try for both modules. All the training was fun and engaging and highly recommended.

Excellent level of training, really patient and great teachers. I had a brilliant day. I came to Phoenix after not passing my CBT at another school. The trainer at the other centre shouted at me and made it an unpleasant experience and it made me very nervous. So really pleased to have attended Phoenix where it was a complete difference.

Phoenix were great every step of the way couldn’t recommend enough, made training fun and educational.

Dedicated team. They helped me to pass my motorbike test. Very helpful in every step and trained friendly instructors.

From zero experience on motorcycles to doing 50 mph on the road....It still feels a little surreal.
The trainers were fun, patient and informative and all in all it was a very enjoyable day.... Apart from the numb bum after 2 hours on the road that is.
I'm glad I chose Phoenix as they lived up to their reviews.

Carried out CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2, instructors from start to finish were brilliant, the office team were on top of everything and handled unforeseen situations, including COVID shut downs to a very high level.
Would like to put a special thanks to Chris who instructed me on my second Mod 2 day prior to test, went out of his way to sharpen me up and get me ready for the test.
I could not recommend to use Phoenix high enough to justify my experience with them, from one very happy customer,

I did my CBT with Shane. He was very friendly, knowledgable and patient.
It was a great day (apart from the weather), but I believe that with the stormy conditions we had for our on the road assessment we gained some valuable experience.

Passed CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 (second time the later) and would like to thank all the staff for there helpful and professional approach to new riders.
Special mention for Chris instructor that got me through the Mod2 second time round, he really stuck with me to iron out all the bugs and made it easier to prepare and get me test test ready, couldn’t recommend enough.

First time CBT, and passed comfortably. From the beginning the team at were incredibly friendly and helpful: letting me know all the important info in good time.
On the actual day, my instructor Roger was fantastic- able to balance instructing each person according to their ability, without anyone feeling overlooked.

His reassurance and general calm demeanour put me at ease, while also driving home the really important stuff, especially the ‘lifesaver’.

We also had time to discuss more in-depth theory and skills, which has given me a good idea about what to expect when I go on to do further training, and he also was really helpful with advice for purchasing a bike, and progressing in license and engine size.

The bikes themselves were in fairly good condition considering how much they seem to go through, and felt comfortable for the whole day.

I took the 2 day progressive course and I am nothing but impressed!

The instructors are incredibly helpful and very constructive with their advice, I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone without hesitation!
