I had good experience and the trainer was very good

Done two CBT after failing the first time, every one supper polite and the bikes used were good instructor was funny and friendly. So great experience over all!

Great patience from our trainer despite me losing the power of rational thought and bike controls at various times. There was a lot to take on board. For anyone reading these reviews before booking a CBT get some practice on basic bike controls, it will make the your CBT day a lot easier.

Mark at phoenix in gillingham was a great teacher and put me at ease with his cheesy jokes, made me feel comfortable and above I passed first time through his teaching, would highly recommend.

Brilliant instructors, no question was silly and had me incredibly comfortable with riding by days end! Will be doing a full test with them in the future.

Went for a renewal of my CBT and the instructor was great, very calm and patient with the young lad who was only 16 and doing he’s 1st CBT course. Would 100% recommend

I completed my CBT with Chris White in Sep23. Chris is a calm, polite and professional instructor with a wealth of knowledge and motorbike experience. I was nervous throughout my CBT and Chris picked up on this and put me at ease with his training style, providing positive and encouraging feedback throughout the training, allowing everyone to carry out the CBT at their own pace. We had to abandon the last hour of our road experience / training due to very heavy / torrential rain and Chris arranged to come in extra early the next day, to take us back out before his next learners arrived on site for their CBT. I felt this was going above and beyond what was expected of him as he could have easily asked us to wait until there was a break in the rain and continue back out in what could have then been a dangerous environment, as many roads were flooded after the rain fall. I look forward to using Phoenix again in the near future and to aid me in obtaining my full motorbike license.

I was lucky enough to have Chris as my instructor and he was blinding in every way. Made the day fun and really relaxing but also very patient.

I would highly recommend Phoenix as a company. From the staff on the phone to the instruction on the day. They were exceptional.

If you’re lucky enough to get Chris you’re in for a laugh all day long.

It is a very good experience and easy to follow. The instructor is very good at how he asks the questions. And explained them in detail.

I feel its the least I can do leaving a review for the amazing staff at phoenix motorcycles. I completed my CBT and DAS course passing all my tests first time, and my module 2 today with only two rider faults. I can only put this down to the incredible experience and patience of the instructors. A particular thank you to Harrison, Steve and Chris who all played a part in my training at some point. I can't thank you all enough how much passing today has meant to me, and you should all be very proud of the level of service you are providing. Thank you and thank you again. See you on the road!
