I had a perfect experience with Phoenix. My instructor was kind and caring. And his instructions were crystal clear. He made me feel at ease on the road and made me feel confident. I will definitely be back to do my full bike license with Phoenix.

A fun and educational day with a superb Instructor (Jon Hewitt). We were taught at a good pace, with plenty of useful hints and tips, as well as the basics. I've ridden before (years ago) and felt the whole day was useful, relevant and helpful. I'm now ridding everyday with increasing confidence and with Jon's voice repeating "life saver" in my ear. I completed my CBT with Phoenix and I am planning to do my direct access course with them. The CBT day was well organised and the instructor was good at explaining and demonstrating the skills. I really enjoyed the opportunity to get out on the road with the instructor giving instructions and reassurance through headphones.

I had an excellent, but long C.B.T. course with Phoenix Motorcycle Training. There were three of us on this course which meant a more intimate and detailed set of instructions to complete our training. John our instructor, was the consummate professional who took his role very seriously, but in a friendly and mild mannered way.

It is the instructors decision whether or not he feels someone is competent enough to go out on the road in the final part of the training. My throttle and clutch control was not good and not at a standard for going out on the road. John, being concerned with everyone's safety, thought that I was not ready for the road-part of the training and suggested I come back for a second, refresher course.

Being very patient, he got me on one of the other bike's and my handling skills gradually improved. When my fellow trainee's had finished the handling and manoeuvring off-road part of the course, John kindly gave me extra riding time to help even more, my biking skills, hence why, the long-day. With the extra time in the saddle, John felt comfortable enough to take me out on the road for the first hour to see how I would do. Although I did not start my second hour until 6pm, I had gained enough confidence and experience go riding again for my second hour, complete the on-road manoeuvre's and successfully complete my C.B.T.

Phoenix Motorcycle Training is and extremely professional and friendly organisation and anyone looking to book their motorcycle tests, should do it today, with this company.

Instructor Jon was fantastic. His passion for riding and teaching others to ride is clearly on display. He was patient and gave clear instructions as well as useful tips to help you remember what is expected.

Great CBT training experience, never ridden until the day of the course and the instructor took us through everything in detail and answered all questions. The riding sections were well paced and confidence inspiring. Looking forward to coming back in the near future to do my full course!
