Sean was an excellent trainer who gave clear instructions and heaps of practical advice, plus a good dose of humour made the CBT course really enjoyable.

Great training with a welcoming, kind and clear instructor.

Sean at the ash training sight did an incredible job delivering my CBT. The whole day flowed smoothly and was a lot of fun, instructions were thorough and criticism was always delivered in a lighthearted and constructive manner which made the road ride as relaxed as possible since we were all extremely ready by the time we went out. Will always recommend phoenix!

I took the CBT course with phoenix, what a great informative course. Our instructor Sean was amazing. He made the course very enjoyable but managed to get across the importance of motorcycle safety. I used the knowledge Sean gave me to aid me in passing my motorcycle theory.

Only small thing I would want to improve was the kit in terms of being guided which kit of theirs to borrow - the gloves dye leaked all over our hands which they didnt warn us about - and wish we’d been guided a bit more to wear waterproofs from head to toe - us amateurs didn’t know how wet we might get!

The course was very simple and easy to understand.
The instructor was very patient and answered all my questions. He explained everything in an easy and simple way to understand. He gave us a lot of advice and helped with everything. Very happy with the service a 10/10

After 30 years off a motorcycle this CBT training was the perfect way to refresh and get my confidence to get out on the road . Big emphasis on safety and lots of interactive discussions with Chris the Instructor. Very informative and to the point. Really enjoyed the whole day . From the verbal tuition to practicing around the cones and then out on the road . A thoroughly enjoyable course.

The instructor was very helpful and calm. Although I was making too much mistakes, he was guiding me without being frustrated.
The riding gears must be better, especially the gloves.

Chris was a excellent teacher, very calm and took us throw everything really well. Great service from the Phoenix training guys too. Have booked in the follow up lessons already to get full license done

The instructor Mukhtar was very good, kind, friendly and very helpful and encouraging. Made me feel a lot better as I was nervous and gave me the alternative of learning on an auto instead of a manual as I was struggling. I enjoyed myself a lot and ended up passing.

Excellent Course and Teaching.

Did my CBT training in a small group of three. Our instructor Mukhtar was fantastic. He was patient and always open to questions but firm when required (safety is of course paramount!). He clearly has excellent knowledge and a real passion for biking. Mukhtar was very good at explaining and was very enthusiastic when it came to tips and tricks of a more advanced level. I would highly recommend Phoenix Farnham and Mukhtar in particular!

Mukhtar was awesome, very funny and a down to earth guy. Patient too for the newer guys, but me already knowing how to ride got taught more advanced stuff. Brilliant session.

I recently completed my CBT in Farnham with Phoenix and Chris was great. Really knowledgable and happy to share information and provide feedback. He was patient with the newer riders and helped personalise the experience for the more experienced ones.
