Company as a whole I've had no issues with but as one can appreciate an IVA is a big thing to go through but this guy Tom didn't really understand and today I explained that im just weighing up my options and he hung up. Bit too pushy for my liking.

Ryan extremely rude , avoid this agent , will constantly call your phone even when told at work. Definitely getting commission. Telling a client 'no messing about' . Appalling especially if the company takes 60% of the monthly payment

They are constantly calling and texting, despite me numerous times telling them I am NOT interested in their services.
