I was extremely hesitant to go into an IVA having spent my whole adult life in debt. However, Harrison Hogan at Phoenix Insolvency was so helpful, transparent and explained everything in detail to support me in making an informed decision. This was not a decision I took lightly but I would 100% recommend him to anyone seeking debt advice. I now have one monthly payment that I can afford and I feel like the biggest weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can not thank Harrison enough.

Harry was and is completely fantastic, made me feel at ease, always there guiding me through everything, if not for his support i don’t think I would have been brave enough to go through any of this, Harrison Dylon has completely changed my outlook on things, so understanding and patient, i would highly recommend him to anyone, no judgement whatsoever, many many thanks to Harry,

genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional level of support I received from Robert during what has been one of the most difficult periods of my life.

From the very beginning, Robert went above and beyond to support me and ensure that my individual case was handled with the care, attention and urgency it required. His commitment extended far beyond what I would ever have expected, including making himself available outside of normal working hours to provide reassurance, guidance and updates throughout the entire process.

The compassion, professionalism and genuine dedication Robert showed made an enormous difference to me personally. At a time when my family and I were already dealing with extremely difficult circumstances, he helped remove a significant amount of stress and uncertainty from my shoulders. Knowing that I had someone who genuinely cared about my situation and was doing everything possible to help gave me reassurance when I needed it most.

The positive impact of Robert’s support is difficult to put into words. Thanks to his help, I now feel able to move forward and begin looking at life with a completely different and much more positive outlook.

Robert is an absolute credit to his organisation, and the level of care and commitment he has shown deserves to be recognised. I will always be incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me and my family.

Thank you again, Robert. Your support has genuinely made a difference to my life.
