Fast reliable service, everyone knows that locksmiths are costly but that’s the only thing I could complain about. Customer service was impeccable and they got my car unlocked within 1 hour of calling up. Which did make me feel like I got my moneys worth. Vlad was really kind and I’d definitely be booking again if I do get locked out in future.

Amazing service locked myself out my van with the keys inside. Kelly had someone out to me in 45 mins and straight in. Perfect . Many thanks to Kelly an the team.

After being let down by 2 call out mechanics, what cost us money, I called phoenix and explained the problem and was hesitant about it at 1st because they wanted a £70 deposit, but also reassured it would be refunded IF they couldn't fix the car,so we went a head. Not only did they fix the car but turned up on time, and the problem was sorted at a very reasonable price thank you Kelly and team.

Phoenix were brilliant, able to send someone out to my car which the ignition barrel had broken on in less than an hour. Chris was brilliant, very thorough and resolved the problem for me with such ease especially as I had a very small baby in the car with me! The service I received was 10/10 thank you so much

My interaction with phoenix started a few days before Christmas. They gave me a good price over the phone for the required work and I paid a £75 deposit there and then, understanding it was the Christmas period and I’d be waiting. I was put in contact with a locksmith called Tom who responded when contacted and was very helpful. Now, the trouble started on 2nd Jan, I contacted Tom for an update when he would be coming and he replied that he was in hospital and that he had told the office so, I of course thanked him and wished him well before trying to contact Phoenix on their claimed 24 hour phone number, calls started at 4:15pm on 2nd Jan, I emailed, I whatsapped and tried calling for hours. I finally got a reply at 6:15am 3rd Jan and when I called was told they had closed at 4pm the previous day, on a 24 hour phone line? Benefit of the doubt given as it was explained they were short staffed because the company owners were on holiday. Now, this left me in a predicament, I needed my car, felt for Tom and was by this point frustrated with the abysmal communications from the company. I stated I required my car or a refund of my deposit today, the call handler said she would contact another locksmith and get back to me, surprise surprise, nearly 2 hours later, nothing, so I called back again and was promised a callback within 10 minutes with either a refund or an alternative locksmith. Happy days, I got the call, confirmed some details and they sent the lovely Xeni all the way from East London to Salisbury within 2 hours and he worked his magic, repairing my car. My frustration comes from the fact a man in hospital was more communicative and helpful than the office! The technicians were both excellent, professional and kept me informed, the office, not so much, happy my car is now fixed, disappointed by the communication.
Would hesitate and look for another company first should the need arise, but wouldn’t rule out using them again as a last resort.

I had a great experience with Phonics Car Key Company. The staff arrived right on time and did a tremendous job in a very professional manner. He quickly diagnosed the issue and saved me a lot of money by repairing the key instead of replacing the whole barrel, which other places suggested. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and the problem was solved perfectly.
I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them. Definitely deserving of a five-star rating.

I booked well in advance to have a spare car key made and was expecting the appointment to be first thing in the morning. I appreciate that things can go wrong, but I didn’t receive any updates beforehand, so I had to call and message on the day to find out what was happening. I was then told I could be seen at 3pm, which I was happy to accept, but again I didn’t hear anything by 3pm so I called.

I then found out that their server had been down all day, which meant the key couldn’t be made. I completely understand that technical issues happen, but it would have been really helpful to have been informed earlier, as it would have saved a lot of waiting around rather than being told last minute. If the server was down all day, a simple call to say would have made all the difference.

Overall, just a bit more communication would have made the experience much smoother.

Excellent service! Really helpful customer service via WhatsApp and the technician arrived on time the next day. We have a car that needed a new ignition barrel and rang a number of places who couldn't source the part. Not these guys! Thank you so much for saving the day!

I wish i could give 10 stars to this company, my car key was stolen i have called more than 100 locksmith over 10 days so many engineers came and say your car is push start and Toyota yaris hybrid is difficult but couldn't done, 6 of them turned back says unfortunately our software don't support, here come just mistakenly call this company i was so frustrated Toyota told me we will do in 2/3 weeks will charge you 2/3 grand's, when called this company the energy of this company customer service deserves 100stars, in few seconds received quote on WhatsApp told me to pay deposit your locksmith will be with you in 3/4hours, i was shocked how come nearly 6 people who turned back the other locksmith put me on wait for 2/3 days everyone said we will need to order this key after ordering they turned up and couldn't done it, how come this company had stored my key, I have asked plenty time you sure you got my key in stock bcz no company or locksmith had this everyone had to order, initially i was nervous i thought I might be scammed sorry to say, but the gem Daniel turned up oh man can't believe he took out immobiliser to his van come back in 30min and my car was up running, if you watching this review trust me trust blindly on this company if they said we can do they can definitely do, BRILLIANT PEOPLE LOVE IT

Locked my keys in car with engine running, a quick Google for car locksmith brought up Phoenix. Called them and within an hour a car locksmith was at my car! He got me into my car and made me a spare key! Was a friendly efficient service and would recommend.

I had an issue with the car electrics and the team at Phoenix car keys suggested that the problem is due to the car fob not responding. When the repair guy arrived he made me a new fob but the problem with the electrics was still persisted. I was charged for something I did not need. Absolutely rubbish service.

We had had no luck at all trying to source the right wavelength fob for our grey import Nissan NV350 van from Japan. Bought a fob online which proved to be useless. Our van had arrived in the UK without its remote central locking key. One call to Phoenix got it all sorted out for us and, within the space of a few days, their recommended local autolocksmith, Daniel, had called to the house and programmed the new central locking fob successfully.

Roxanne the costumer support agent was absolutely amazing. She had everything I needed sorted out in Meare moments. Such a friendly and helpful person made a bad situation tolerable

I would like to say the woman I spoke to was very polite, well mannered and was a woman of her words. each thing that was said to me was done within a short space of time. The key cut specialist was punctual and had very good knowledge of his job that he goes about the country delivering positive work and good energy to his customers. I was very happy with the price I was given to pay. Great customer service!

I spoke to a very helpful lady called Carla. Who actually saved the day for me and talked me through the fault I’d made. After a 4 minute call my car was open again. ( I’d just like to point out that the previous auto locksmith had just told me it would cost me from £250 to £500 to come out and fix my car)Thank you so much Carla 👏🏻

Had a problem with my Discovery Sport key system and couldn't work out why there were issues starting the vehicle. Put in new batteries but still no joy - phoned Carla at PCK who suggested the new duracell batteries I'd installed were often an issue as they have child proof stickers left on that interrupt the signal. Problem solved and much hassle and cost averted! Thank you so much great advice.
