I purchased a BMW M3 from Phoenix car centre on collecting the car there were a few issues that they dealt with quickly and efficiently and did exactly what they said they would do.
Jason handled everything and I was VERY impressed with the after sales service I got from him.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Went to look for a cheap used car but with the help from Harry, guided me to a 2015 bmw 420d. Thinking I would not be able to get the finance Joe made it possible, With a fantastic apr!

Purchased a jaguar xf from this garage in replacement of my vauxhall Insignia. Dalton was very helpful throughout the transaction, the sale was not at all pushy and we were able to view the car and test drive it by ourselves. They offered a very competitive price for my insignia and the overall transaction was quick and without issue. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience buying from phoenix. Originally went looking for a BMW 3 series tourer but unfortunately the seat adjustment wasn't right for the wife (she's short). Austin then gave us many alternatives to view. He just gave us the keys and said just take a look. NO HARD SELL he just gave us keys and let us take a look at various models that fitted the criteria we gave him. We were left alone to have a good look round many cars, which made the whole experience a pleasure. We eventually took a range rover evoque for a test drive and loved it. Also I must add the test drive was just me and my wife which made it feel very relaxed and have a really good push of every button. Having then decided this was the car for us we were then passed to the guy who dealt with the finance (really sorry forgot name) who was absolutely amazing. Went through everything step by step. They also gave us a very good price on our part ex mercedes a class motorsport edition. OK so the pick up a week later. Again a great experience. They had serviced it brand new MOT and 2 brand new front tyres and the car was beautifully presented. All in all a great buying experience and when the wife gets bored of the range rover (which she will) I would definitely make phoenix my first port of call

I highly recommend phoenix cars, not only is there pricing a lot cheaper then other dealers after purchasing a BMW we couldn’t happier with their PDI inspections and help from all the team! Not only did they blow us away with great customer service they also refurbished our wheels. Definitely a 5/5 for this great business! Thankyou team!

Dont buy a car from this place purchased a range rover evoque on inspection of the vehicle the electric boot did not open i was told by austin "its just because the car has been sat here for a while battreys flat" ok fair enough took the vehicle for a 3 hour drive as we was going on hoilday hoping it would charge the battrey and it did not! So still no electric boot was told the cambelt had been changed and they would provide me with the papper work to prove the cambelt change i never received the papper work for this long story short we had purchased a 20 grand range rover that needed two new battreys four new door locking mechanism as we was unable to lock the car i paid for a report of the vehicle at land rover main dealer to be told it needed just shy of £4000 pounds worth of work doing to the vehicle and phoenix car center said ranger rover main dealer has qouted that for financial gain and the problems was wear and tear the list is endless i would not recommend buying a push bike let alone a car from this place worst service ive ever encountered when buying a used car the finance company has taken possession of the vehicle and have unwound my finance but please don't buy a car from here

We recently purchased a BMW X5 from Phoenix Car Centre and are very happy with the car we purchased. The staff were friendly and very professional. Neil was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was dealt with in a professional, timely manner. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a used car.

Buying a car from Phoenix Car Centre was an excellent experience. No sales pitch, no nonsense. Very warm and friendly staff. Part exchanged my car at very reasonable price. The whole process, from arrival to driving away my new car took only 2 hours, including test drive, valuation and documentation. Brilliant and thank you Phoenix Cars :-)

Overall I'm really disappointed with the attitude and service from Phoenix Cars. The sales process is nice enough and not pushy which was great. However, the reason you buy from a dealership and pay a premium is for the peace of mind should something go wrong.

I had a problem immediately after buying the car which was diagnosed by a trusted local garage as having two issues. Despite the car apparently having a comprehensive PDI, the first issue was uneven tyre wear on the run flats causing a vibration and noise above 50 mph. The second issue was a wheel bearing that required replacing also creating vibration and noise.

I contacted Phoenix with the first issue on the tyres and they offered to pay half for the tyres 'as a gesture of good will' leaving me to pay the other £175. When the second issue with the wheel bearing was fixed the Platinum warranty they sold me that clearly said wheel bearings were covered, but surprise they only paid half, leaving me another £150 out of pocket. Read the reviews on Trust Pilot for Warranties2000 and you'll see what i mean. This is a company Phoenix choose to associate with.

My argument repeatedly with Phoenix was that the faults were there at the point of sale (both problems diagnosed within 2 weeks of purchase). Phoenix refused to accept any liability for this and went as far as just ignoring that point every time i raised it. Their response was that the warranty companies decision was final. The warranty companies decision was irrelevant, Phoenix were liable and refused to do the decent thing as the fault was present at point of sale. After many weeks of chasing Graham who would typically respond to every third message i sent, he suddenly seemed to lose all his ability to approve things as an owner of the business and defaulted to saying he would 'have to ask' and 'would let me know'. Surprise, no answer of refund was forthcoming.

Ultimately, i understand my rights, got bored of their terrible service and time wasting and complained to the finance company. Finance company found in my favour and i am being reimbursed the money i have spent.

Pretty annoying really when you pay a premium for a car, Phoenix receive a commission from the car finance company plus they sold my part ex at a 40% mark up. I accept all of that for the peace of mind of buying from a dealership as you expect integrity and trust. The money they should have spent resolving my problems was a fraction of the money they made from the overall deal. All they had to do was the decent thing and this would have been a 5 star review.

Also be wary of the body prep they do. A couple of washes later and its clear they use a poor touch up pen as my car is littered in scratches. I hand washed the car myself so i did not cause them.

The only shame about this review is Graham will now have the opportunity to respond and put a spin on it like he has other reviews. Finance company found in my favour, just remember that readers.

AVOID that trade !!!! Guarantee worth nothing!!!!
recently brought Hyiundai tuscon after two weeks had some knocking noise from stering rack brought car back to trade on guarantee they keep car for week tank of fuel disappear and car come back in worse condition then before some idiot disconnect steering rack and connect wrong car is with main dealer now and legal action began!!!.

Couldn't recommend enough. Felt really apprehensive about going to look for a new car as I know the label that's put on the industry nowadays, however everyone here proved me wrong. Fantastic service from start to finish, didn't feel pushed or pressured at all. Austin in particular was so helpful, there when I needed any help/assistance but wasn't pushy like a few nearby dealers I've found. Thank you for making me feel at ease with the purchase of my new car, I've left a very happy lady!

Recently purchased a bmw 420d from Phoenix and I am over the moon to say the least! What a lovely motor it is, I was taken under the wing by Austin who couldn’t of been more helpful, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend Phoenix car centre to anyone who is the market for a new motor.

Best car centre around by far. I’ve bought a few cars in different dealerships but Phoenix have by far been the best. From start to finish I felt comfortable by each member of staff and finally bought my dream car.
100% would recommend.
