Me and my partner was very weary about buying another car due to our old car being given to us in such a bad way by another dealership! We saw our new car and was certain we’d like it. Dalton was dealing with us and was brilliant, he was not pushy at all and even offered us to go away and have a think about it! The customer service from dalton and his colleagues was amazing and friendly. Something needs to now be sorted on our new car and dalton again is dealing with this with no problems at all which we really appreciate, can I add even getting the car In asap! Will definitely be coming back here for any cars I’d like to buy in the future! Thankyou everyone at Phoenix cars for the outstanding customer service and my stunning new car!

My car broke down on the way to our European cross country journey due to major engine and gearbox failure. I was desperate and helpless. It was Saturday midday, I desperately needed a reliable motor to carry on with my journey... Found these guys online in Winchester and gave them a call. Told them what happened, and I needed help soon as possible. Gave them 12 hours to get my new car ready to go. From the moment they picked up the phone I felt safe. Sunday morning, my new Land Rover was waiting for me, all sorted ready for collection. Cannot express how grateful I am for the effort from the team at Phoenix Car Centre. They truly and honestly saved the day and our holiday. Done 4000 miles with the car since left the dealership in less than a week. No issues whatsoever. Again, thank you ever so much for your service. Brilliant effort!

I have been looking for a new car for sometime ,however I wasn't sure what I wanted , until one day of searching , I came upon Phoenix car center which is really local to me .
I can not fault the service , I was able to test drive the car without being accompanied . Austin and his team was very friendly, professional and made everything easy , even the fiance team were great . I am very happy with my new car .
What I would say , is mind the red bollards !! As I was Reversing my old car , I knocked into the bloody bollards ....ooosps . So embarrassing, but the team , made sure I was ok and took my car to check it over and removed the red paint .

Recently used Phoenix for the purchase of a car for my 75 year old mother. We dealt with Harry and he was great. Very patient & tolerant with my nervous mother. He was friendly & helpful as well as putting her at ease. Very professional and not at all pushy. The whole team can’t do enough for you. Collection was seamless and Joe was great at this stage of the process. Would highly recommend.

recently purchased a vehicle from Phoenix Car Sales, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car they sold me came with a serious alignment problem that was not disclosed during the purchase, and now, they are outright refusing to rectify the issue, leaving me with a defective vehicle which has been parked up unable to use during Christmas period so had no transport and still waiting on tyres which I have ordered to arrive.

When I took the car on the dual carriageway I realised the car was shaking and few days later it started to lose air so I booked with a local well reviewed tyre place who took the wheel off and showed me exactly what happened which you can see below there is 2 holes in the tyre due to the alignment being completely off. They said the car went through ‘inspection’ so apparently it was all good to go but that lasted 2 weeks. I have contacted Phoenix car sales and told them the problem but I am getting nothing but excuses. I suggest everyone to take their custom else where who will look after you after car sales not just brushing you off when the car sale is done. This was a £26,000 graduation car for a family member which is no small amount and now I’m having to spend further more on tyres and alignment so thank you for ruining Christmas and graduation for us 👏🏽

Pheonix car centre were amazing from start to finish Dalton was professional from the start held the car for me an awaited funds an even delivered straight to my door hassle free I'd definitely use them again. Car is nice to, gave me what I wanted for my old car an a bit more too win win.

The team were really helpful. Harry showed us the car we had gone to see and then it just so happened a car had just been part exchanged which we liked. When we had gotten back from a test drive on the first car they had hoovered the car they had just received and let us take it out for a test drive. When we got back Jason was really friendly and helpful and wasn't pushy. We agreed on the car and we then spoke to Joe regarding finance who again was really nice. The whole process from looking at a car to driving it home was simple and easy. Definitely recommend.

I have just bought a Macan from Phoenix cars which was so easy and a pleasure to experience. Dalton was very professional and flexible giving me time to explore the car, test drive in a relaxed way to ensure I made my choice on the purchase. Brilliant service from start to finish. Cannot recommend Phoenix Car Centre enough. Dalton was extremely helpful with the purchase of our car and Graham helped with an issue (manufacturers issue) and replaced a part with no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and this will be our first place to look for any future vehicles.

Recently, I bought a BMW 3 Series, and Phoenix Cars made the whole process so easy. From the initial phone call, they were extremely helpful in booking me in to view the car immediately and answering all the questions I initially had. Upon viewing the car, I was met by Austin, who was really helpful and not pushy at all. He let me take the keys and inspect the car myself while being able to again answer any burning questions I had. Without any hesitation, he offered me a test drive, which I thought was a nice gesture. After this, we spoke in the office, and he provided full details of the car and was extremely nice and understanding when I shared certain concerns I had about buying the car. I got a call the next day asking me if I was still interested in the car, and of course I said yes. From here, the process was so smooth, and the team was so helpful in keeping me updated and providing updates on the car. On collection day, I was greeted by Joe, who is another real asset to the team. incredibly friendly and did not hesitate to answer my questions and show me practical things about the car I was unsure of. Overall, a great dealership with great staff and even better stock! definitely will be recommending and coming back in the future!

I’ve never purchased a car from
Phoenix due to the above…purchasing from acquaintances could provide issues in the future. Business is business after all.
Just goes to show how wrong you can be!
I got a fair price for my wife’s mini which was priced by others some £500 less. From here we were allowed freedom to walk around all the cars with nobody constantly chasing us to purchase a certain type of car. When I asked which car they’d advise, considering long term loss, cost to repair, tax, fuel consumption etc.I got clear answers on my questions each time (I’d done a bit of homework on each car my wife liked beforehand).
This immediately put me at comfort as there was no hint of the bad reputation that car dealers sometimes get.
We chose the car and Austin took us CLEARLY through all the options of finance, down payment, finance clearing and service/warranty options. No hard sell that I’d experienced in the past.
I am also via a friend aware now of the frequency that they sell cars. That only leads to one conclusion…..good customer service and great cars!
When the time comes there’s only one place I’ll be going to sell and purchase a newer car.
Well done phoenix for changing my opinion of the car trade and my ‘contempt prior to investigation’!

After reading the reviews for Phoenix Car Centre I decided to travel over 100 miles to purchase my new car.

On the day of purchase everything was very straight forward after a long journey I was greeted with a coffee, given the car keys. No pressure sell, very friendly staff and I was driving home within a hour.

After a few days the car had an issue. I spoke to Jason, a low loader arrived out of hours collected the car and left me with a hire car.

Customer service has been spot on. I couldn’t recommend Phoenix Car Centre enough. Big thank you to Jason who has been very helpful.

I was impressed from the minute I drove in. Lovely site, clean and tidy with an impressive selection of vehicles.
Friendly staff, Austin and Dalton really know their stuff and they were more than happy for me to take a few cars out of a drive.

I sold/traded my Audi TT via Motorway and the team at Phoenix Car Centre were brilliant with arranging the collection and providing everything I needed. The handover went really smoothly and I was really impressed.

I telephoned the dealership to advise I wanted to view a Ford S Max that they had advertised on Autotrader. I made the one hour round trip and dealt with a disinterested young member of staff who was yawning non-stop whilst dealing with me to the point I had to ask if I was keeping him up. After spending some time looking at the vehicle I turned the ignition key only to find that it didn’t actually start. A further member of staff was summoned who appeared with some jump leads and asked of I could pop the bonnet. After both of us attempting to open the bonnet without success, it was deemed the cable was probably broken. I advised I was no longer interested in this car or any other car and left. On leaving I had a near miss with the member of staff I initially dealt with who was attempting to park a Jaguar. Why, when I had called the dealership and advised I was attending would they not give the car a once over and start the engine? A complete waste of high my time and money and I shall never be returning.

Very good choice of cars, friendly and helpful staff brought Audi A3 picked it up on Saturday 1st July had a small problem with vehicle was collected and loan car supplied then delivered within days excellent service.
