The whole team were extremely professional, Mr Sharma was incredibly helpful and sympathetic especially with Alzheimer's being an issue. My Mum was treated with patience kindness and understanding during the whole procedure. I highly recommend him.
Found the PHIN website extremely useful! I was able to get the information I needed for my cataract procedure and look up various drs with their stats on how many patients they have treated. It would be useful if there was the same setup for information on insurance fees as there are for self-pay. I liked the self pay layout. Also, it would be great if WhatApp integrated with the call system. Or if PHIN could set up a WhatsApp channel that would link to AI and answering questions.
