Excellent company selling high quality, reliable products
PHC is an excellent company, from sales support (excellent sales representative), order processing and delivery within agreed timescales. They partner with Benchmark Services for deliveries and installation of large items, who also deserve mention for outstanding service and customer support. We have multiple, large items of PHC equipment in our laboratory and it's all very high quality and performs flawlessly. I try to purchase PHC items whenever old equipment fails as it gives peace of mind.

The sales team was fantastic
The sales team was fantastic, however we are disappointed with the delivery team.
The incubator was assembled and left in the car park, they did not deliver it to the requested room.

Great service, great products and fast delivery

A Pleasure
It's always a pleasure to work with PHC. The equipment is reliable as always and looks fantastic in the lab. Delivery was efficient and Benchmark always do a great job. Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about PHC, my supplier of choice incubators and cold storage.
