Terrible service
Terrible service. Even with no queue I waited 45 minutes just to be served by a lad who didn’t even know what a straight TRV was - he then disappeared for 15 mins - only to come back and tell me they don’t stock them. It reminded me why I stopped using this place - their customer service sucks!!

Excellent Service from PHC Parts
An internet search said that the oil pump and feed pipe on my boiler were no longer available. Fortunately I called PHC for help who then contacted both the boiler & pump manufacturers to identify suitable parts. They kept me informed by phone and e-mailed me pictures so that I could check they would be ok. I made the initial contact on the Thursday, ordered the parts on the Friday and received them on the Saturday. The service they provided was excellent and I thoroughly recommend this company.

Amazing service. My initial email was sent at 9.30pm and a really helpful reply was received at 9.50 pm (yes I do mean pm)
Since then a series of emails has identified a part for a 25 year old system which I was told by an engineer was impossible. Outstanding help and service.

I recently wrote a bad review for PHC parts regarding two faulty valves but things have changed, although Sunvic (valve manufacturer) refused to issue a refund for said valves PHC parts did issue a refund. They were not obliged to do this as Sunvic had refused a refund, so i applaud PHC parts for their customer service and would recommend them.

Considered and timely service
The Branch Manager provided a very prompt solution to a very difficult to open stove door we had recently purchased, a Hunter Allure 4. Great service.

Had a sudden problem with my fairly old multi fuel stove was having difficulty finding someone to help until I found this company on the internet so helpful and quick with their responses found the parts I need and are sending them without a long wait Andy Greening could not have been more helpful and pleasant would definitely use them again should I need help in the future

Jon was able to identify the boiler parts I needed once I gave him the GC No. So super service but not so sure about the price charged, seemed very high for two O rings! Delivery was to the wrong address by DPD and the invoice with delivery showed a cheaper total price!
I have emailed PHC and asked for a credit for the original overcharge and suggested that they also credit the DPD charge. They have decided to NOT respond. Very poor after sales service.

Oliver O'Hara was extremely helpful when I first telephoned him about the specifications and availability of the Woodpecker WP5 Woodburning Stove. He phoned the manufacturers and then phoned me back immediately with an update on delivery times. After my son's inspection of the stove on display I completed BACS payment of the Pro Forma invoice with a very helpful phone discussion about delivery once again with Oliver. First rate and very friendly service!
