This review is not genuine and is extremely misleading. Phase Energy Ltd provide in house scaffolding for all of our jobs but on just one occasion in the last 12 months we had to use a local company to complete a job due to a time limit provided by the end customer.
We agreed a price which our in house scaffolder agreed was fair. Upon completion of the job, the company we used for said scaffold sent an invoice for double the amount agreed. After calling the company to explain this wasn’t what was agreed we were physically threatened and were told if we don’t pay the invoice he will destroy the companies reputation online. The invoice has since been paid in full simply because we did not want anymore threats made to our staff and false reviews made online and are pursuing this through legal channels. However, the scaffold company have now ignored all contact in relation to removing the reviews and Trustpilot do not have physical people to speak too to get the reviews removed. We have flagged the review for defamation, false information however the reviews have been reinstated as the AI algorithm cannot find the issue. We have requested a call back three times from Trustpilot and have had no contact. We have emails and texts from the scaffold company telling us that the reviews were simply put there to force us to paying the invoice and once it was paid they would remove them.
We hope this clarifies the listed review and will continue pursuing Trustpilot for the removal.

Really good experience with Phase…
Really good experience with Phase energy
I had been let down by another company at the designing stage for my solar due to some of our roof being a little tricky.
However phase energy came up with a really good design and the install was really smooth. the installers were extremely friendly & helpful. We were also very impressed with the initial home visit to discuss our usage and solar needs too.
Since the installation we’ve had some great weather, our daily electric charge has now become our weekly monthly charge. We are absolutely thrilled with the results !!
We may look to install a second battery in the future and won’t hesitate to call phase energy again for the install.

Great team .. would recommend
We were impressed by the team’s knowledge, specialised experience and professionalism. From the initial site visit, the installation and support, the team are brilliant. We chose them in the first place because they actually came to the house to check and survey before talking us through options, all other companies we contacted gave us a price based on an old aerial photograph, only Phase saw the site and understood the access and logistics. Their pricing was not the highest of all we contacted but they were the most trustworthy through the process. The installation day showed the depth of skills in the team, electricians and roofers. Martin, George and Dave were the tidiest of workers we’ve had on site ever. Handover was great and after installation support brilliant. We thoroughly recommend them.

Great experience all-round
The customer service offered by Phase Energy was of the highest order. Their understanding of our needs led to a very informative proposal and the installation was completed in a day with no problems. They have also kept in touch after the installation to check on progress and answer queries

Great experience from start to finish
Really happy with the solar panel
Installation done by Jessie and the guys, despite some initial misgivings about going ahead with a company who contacted us and not the other way round. They were professional and organised throughout, dealing very effectively with any little hiccups along the way. The best thing is now watching the sun shine and our electricity bills reduce considerably!

Awesome experience
Awesome experience. Contacted Jesse at Phase Energy through a door to door marketing leaflet. Jesse's followed up regularly after providing a competitive quote, whilst I was trying to sort out the finance through my mortgage. Once that was sorted, installation date was agreed ( within 2 weeks) and the installation itself was conducted by some amazing, experienced tradesmen who did the job in half a day. Great company, great service!!!

Incredibly Professional
We had been thinking about installing solar on our home for many years, we have had quite a few quotes in the past, but no one had made us feel quite so safe and looked after as Phase Energy.
Phase Energy approached us in early December, provided a same day quote and we were off to the races. They listened to our concerns, happily answered all questions from our tenants.
The whole process took less than 2 months from initial quote, and that was with a delay on our part for the works.
Our install was for 42 panels on an Cement Asbestos roof, the install was completed incredibly quickly but also to an very high standard. It felt like there was an entire army on site, but orchestrated perfectly by Phase Energy!
I could not recommend Phase Energy enough, we were probably not the easiest of customers to deal with, but we felt looked after and listened to the entire time.

Amateurish Company that wasted my time.
Despite receiving a text from them confirming their arranged visit at the beginning of the week they failed to show . Thereby wasting my time waiting in for them . When I rang them they advised they would check the appointment and call me back. There was no call back that day .
All in all ,a very amateurish company with no organisation or respect for possible customers. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
