The tracking sent to you by email, shows it's on its way ,it will be delivered soon.
Unfortunately , shipments to some exceptional countries like Australia, always take longer.
Anyway it passed about 12 work days ,it normally should be delivered in less them 20 work days (including customs processing time) .
The delivery service used have a estimated delivery time of up to 5 work days (not guaranteed) ,and it don't includes customs processing time.

We have contacted you (please check your spam folder) ,after received your order , many times ,exactly to inform you that unfortunately shipments by post / mail to INDIA are an exception,and they are taking at the moment much longer then to most other countries.
This is caused by many reasons that are beyond our control, so we are not responsible for these delays - ONLY - to some exceptional destinations.
We have informed you exactly this: if you agree or not, that shipment delivery time to INDIA ,will take much longer then normal ? So, we're needing to have your answer before we proceed with the shipment, unfortunately we never received any reply from you.
This delay to India it's unfortunately normal and beyond our control,that's why we wanted to avoid this ,by cancelling your order - if you can't await and if you prefer to do so.
